Bar is too small and too lit up. Toilets very low to the ground

Checked in and was given a smoking room. Reservation requested non smoking room.
Not enough hot water to take one shower …
This 1/2 shower for 1 and no shower for the second person.
Upon checkout we expressed in a very civil manner re the hot water and they ‘knew about it’.
It’s not our nature to complain…however we do feel there should be a certain level of compensation since we could not properly clean ourselves with a shower.
I did call the front desk to report the lack of hot water and they said they wood call me back and never did.
We have time share with Hilton Grand Vacations and try to remain loyal.
Right now we are at Hiltons Embassy Suites in Brunswick, Georgia and the experience so far is just the opposite. Quite nice!

Toilet is so low to the ground; it looks like it belongs in a preschool. The shower did not work without great effort. Thought it might break.
The rest was really nice.

This is a nice hotel. Nothing over fancy and nothing to complain about. Did have repeated issue with the card opening the room door.

Nice hotel; would have preferred 4 towels in a room that sleeps 4. Elevators are extremely slow and fitness center left something to be desired. Proximity to places we needed and the interstate is great.

Great property and staff is the best. Assistant manager on site during my check in on October 14, made my family feel so comfortable and welcomed.
Thanks again. And from now on. The Hilton will be our preferred hotel when in Petersburg va

Hotel was clean and spacious, but the main reason we chose this hotel was because it shows there is an electric vehicle charger. After arriving we were advised that it hasn’t worked on over a year.
