Wifi connection was poor. Location is a little bit far. Others are good.

a hotel near to both train stations & lake como; also close to a supermarket that open 24hrs/ day good restaurants nearby should be another one hotel that should consider when plan to return to lake como next time 😊😊😊

Nice cosy room and a great location 5 min walk from the lake. Staff where nice and helpful and spoke good English.

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel! The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

It's very near the lake como, about 3 mins walk and many nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast offers hot chocolate and we love it so much. You could get 10% discount if you park at centro laga

We stayed 15th-17th March, stayed in room 226 overlooking the road, the room was super clean, as was the bathroom, staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of meat, cheese, bread and tea/coffee. i would sum up it was clean and comfortable, road was abit noisy but nothing terrible and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Thankyou.

It is within a 10-minute walk from Como's train station. You can stay in a private room with breakfast included for a very reasonable price, so it is recommended not only for those staying in Como but also for those traveling to Switzerland. You can enter Switzerland by taking the train one stop from Como Station.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the lake. The hotel is on the edge of the city center and is within walking distance to the train station or bus station, but the distance is not too close. The hotel's breakfast is ordinary, and perhaps because of insufficient staff, the service is slow. The room is average, no view, but clean.

Facilities: It is comparable to the standards of domestic guesthouses, but it has everything it should have. It is quite suitable for traveling alone, but the shower room is very small and it is not very convenient to move around. Hygiene: It is exquisite, you can't ask for too much, but it is qualified. Environment: It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and the pier. There are restaurants and supermarkets outside. Service: It is quite good. Breakfast includes bread, coffee, juice and cold cuts.

First time in this hotel. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is optimal. You will have everything "at hand". From the train station St. Giovanni in walking distance. To the lake, 10 minutes. If you want to walk along the villas on the embankment (very beautiful), even closer, just in the other direction. The 24/7 supermarket will be on your way to the lake (you will not miss it). Yes, the hotel is not new (this is evident from the decoration of the rooms), but it is quite clean and cozy. For me, the "cherry on the cake" was the balcony with a table and two chairs. There are blinds on the windows, which can be lowered simply by pressing a button on the side. In the bathroom there is a very large dryer (towel dryer). It is very convenient. The only drawback (in my opinion, relative) is that you will hear your neighbors coughing, and accordingly, your sounds will be available to them. It did not bother me much. If you adhere to the same strategy, then this hotel will suit you. The service is quite correct. I arrived two hours before check-in time, but the rooms were already ready and I was checked in without any problems. Breakfast from 7 to 10 am. Be prepared for coffee (your choice) and a plate with ham and cheese, buns, butter, croissant and jams. You will also be offered yogurt and juice. I was very surprised when I asked for orange juice, and they brought me something that resembled grapefruit. When I asked "Is it really orange?" - I was told "Yes, these are red oranges." Well, to be honest, I didn't get the joke. Then, by the way, I saw that people were leaving half-drunk glasses on the tables. Apparently, they also expected that there would be yellow juice with pulp. I did not see any omelette or sausages at breakfast. However, it is possible to make two sandwiches with butter, cheese and ham from a bun. It was enough for me to "fuel up" until lunch. If I ever get to Como again, I will choose this hotel again. By the way, I left Como before breakfast time. They offered me coffee and sandwiches. It was very nice of them.

Excellent hotel – clean, quiet, 8-10 minutes' walk from Como San Giovanni train station, 5 minutes to the lake, and 10 minutes to the historic city center. Breakfast is small, but plenty of everything: cheese, cold cuts, bread rolls, jams, eggs, butter, and yogurt. The room is large, with a bathtub rather than a shower. There's a refrigerator and air conditioning. Thank you, we loved everything!
