The room facilities are simple, the breakfast is average, the service is not bad, and the nearby beach scenery is beautiful.

The hotel itself looks very run-down; perhaps it was nice 15-20 years ago, but now it's really not. Some rooms have been modernized, while in others, you might end up with the window handle in your hand. The corners in the shower stalls are moldy, although the daily cleaning seems to be okay. During our week-long stay, the room's chip lock malfunctioned three times, and the room safe batteries were dead. The breakfast was well below average for a 5-star hotel. The garden and the hotel's beach area are poorly maintained. They didn't clean hotel's beach not even once during our stay, so it was full of pine tree needles (well, it is nature, but it hurts when you step on it), a lot of cigarette stubs, few plastic straws (just a few of them, bcs poor service on the beach), and papers. Broken sunbeds, broken wood paling with sign not to lean against it (obviously!) and almost no service on the hotel beach. Throughout the week, the staff came to us only once, and I believe it was only because of our complaints since they didn't pay attention to other guests. Staff: Reception 4*, Housekeeping 4*, Breakfast 2* (they seem a bit confused), Garden, Beach, Hotel surroundings 1* Fortunately, there is a beach bar on the public part of the beach, where the service, staff, and food are very nice. They also rent boats there, but it's not necessary to stay at the hotel to visit this bar. I would recommend closing the hotel for a year and carrying out an expensive reconstruction. Then, take proper care of the hotel, garden, and beach, and, of course, have adequate staff. Alternatively, they could lower the star rating to 4*, decrease prices by 25%, and perform the reconstruction during operation. Another option is to lower the rating to 3*, reduce prices by 35%, and keep everything as it is. In the current situation, visit the beach and the beach bar, but avoid the hotel!

This Hotel, the perfect hidden gem in Sardinia …. Boutique style property with an Exceptional Manager, Maximillion who has a heart of gold and a staff who is fortunate to learn from Him. We loved this Hotel for the secluded location a short walk to a beautiful cove on the sea w views of the archipelagos. Lovely sun beds w umbrellas and boat rental facility. You can rent a boat and do your own exploring. 👍🏻👍🏻 The pool is equally comfortable as is the lobby area w baby grand piano for those of you who might enjoy a tune and cocktail. The dining room is great and the included B’fast ideal. Inside or outside dining. The rooms offer Sky TV which gives alternative Language shows/news, the beds really good w nice bedding and remodeled bathrooms. Great in-room Nespresso too. Hôtel has a Great location ! Have Fun and if you like Stanley Tucci, you may see the resemblance in this Hotels wonderful and kind Manager, Maximillion! Sardinia is a special destination.

Great experience if you want a quite and qualitative vacation. Hotel Director Maximilian and his team did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, pool area and the beach has enough space for all guests. Restaurant also good.

This place is wonderful! A quiet and beautifully designed beach resort. The beds were comfortable and rooms were well designed. We stayed with a group on a yoga retreat and the hotel staff was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. The property has a beautiful pool, many lounge chairs and is next to a public beach that was also very quiet. Food was really great!

We’ve loved every minute of our stay and were not disappointed. I was afraid it wasn’t worth the money but it really was. The room was very comfortable, modern, elegantly decorated and was cleaned a couple times a day with a change of towels happening while we were at dinner. The hotel has a very relaxing vibe, there’s no noise nor rude people around. The staff was truly amazing, from the front desk ladies giving us great beach recs to the restaurant staff always welcoming and treating us warmly. I chose this hotel specifically because of the amazing reviews of the restaurant and I can confirm the biggest selling point is the food. We chose the half board option and while the breakfast is good, every single dinner was Michelin star worthy (and I am from Rome). Every dish was a delight and my boyfriend and I looked forward to our dinners every day. We felt spoiled and can’t wait to be back.

If you want to truly escape this is for you! Set on the beach with stunning views to sea you can either lounge by the pool or grass areas with daily towels available from reception. You do however need to either hire a car or be prepared for a €60 minimum return journey to the nearest town, whilst it’s absolutely worth it, it can get pricey. The breakfast is good and you can ask for omelettes etc, fresh juices and Prosecco. The restaurant is a la carte and the food was excellent with good wine selection. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and helped us with our Italian. The beach does not belong to the hotel but you can rent two beds on the beach for about 45 euros but the hotel is so close you don’t need to. There is an excellent beach bar and boat hire and the service, food and drinks are excellent. You can hire the small speedboat for €200 euros and explore the islands. The pool area was lovely and clean with nice beds and the spa, toilets and gym were good also. Rooms are nice but found ours a little small, nice balcony with views of the sea (recommend deluxe sea view room). However there are a couple of frustrations which other guests commented on, it wasn’t easy to order a bottle of wine to sit and drink in the bar or outside, only by the glass in the bar so you had to go to the restaurant which was a little awkward, no room service but they did bring our wine to our room but charged us. At times there were no staff in the bar so you had to go to reception to ask them to send someone to the bar, you shouldn’t have to do that as a customer. All in all a lovely week but can’t quite give it 5* rating, Sardinia is beautiful and will definitely return. Thank you for the lovely birthday cake. The Manager is also lovely and helped us with takeaway food for our boat trip, thank you 😀💕.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great hospitality and warm smiles. The hotel and its staff made us feel at home and the service was exceptional. We could not have hoped for a better place to spend our holiday.

This is a beautiful, small hotel with friendly staff. The location is perfect, especially if you like a small and not too crowded beach. We enjoyed a week in this hotel and the half board pension was great deal. The food was delicious and typical. Their wine list was also excellent offering good local wines. The rooms were clean and the decor elegant. A perfect place for relaxation, good food and to enjoy a beautiful sea view! We can highly recommend this hotel. A great thanks to the service-minded staff at the reception, and in the restaurant.
