A decent, no-frills stay. The room was a reasonable size with basic amenities. Note that standard rooms don't include a kettle, but hot water is available from the coffee machine at reception. While the immediate location is a bit industrial (Metro railway service depot), it's well-connected, with central Copenhagen just a 10-15 minute bus or S-train ride away. Two Netto supermarkets are also within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was standard but sufficient, and given Copenhagen's prices, the hotel offers good value for money.

Restaurant service super bad, reception ok. It’s not so clean. Only one thing: parking free. Nothing special, big hotel , but no service.

Close to s bahn and shopping possibilities. Breakfast good, rooms small. Hotel service very good. Price and quality is good

Free parking is available upon registration at the front desk. Free fruit (apples or pears) is available upon check-in. The check-in guy was friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights, but our room wasn't cleaned unless we requested anything. The hotel is close to the subway and bus, making it easy to get downtown, but you'll need to transfer downtown if you're going to the airport.

When traveling in Northern Europe, I always choose the Scandic chain because their breakfast is rich, with a wide selection and plenty of hot dishes, which is more suitable for Chinese palates, compared to other hotels in the same price range. This time, I unexpectedly booked a hotel with a bathtub. The room itself was much larger, and the bathroom wasn't as cramped. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and Copenhagen Train Station is only two train stops away, making the location quite convenient. They also have air conditioning in the summer, which is also very important.

The hotel facilities are very good and the rooms are spacious. There are neto and other supermarkets nearby. The location is a certain distance from the city center, but not far from the nearest S train station, which is also very convenient for traveling to the city center. The breakfast is a normal Nordic breakfast type, which is suitable for those who don't want to go out to buy breakfast in the morning.

There is no service. The room is not cleaned properly. The floor is always dirty. They only change towels every day, but the cups are not washed and the coffee and tea are not replenished. When I checked in, the room did not match the reservation. They gave me a room in the annex building which was far away. After I raised an objection, they reassigned me a room. I waited for an hour to check in.
