Excellent guesthouse. There are 6 rooms on the territory. The territory is well-kept, the staff is friendly. The rooms are excellent!!! There was a refrigerator, split, TV, kettle, safe. Repair, atmosphere, bed linen - everything is excellent! On the day of arrival there were problems with the drain in the shower, an employee was invited - he fixed everything in a short time. All our issues were resolved easily and positively! The location is normal if you have transport, we were on a bike. The place is quiet, but far from cafes / shops. We were very pleased with this place!!! I recommend

Awesome hotel if you want peace, quiet and a nice area. The room is not only clean, it even smells fresh and clean. Nothing extra, everything is modern, practical and most importantly there are no animals. During the whole time, not a single fly or gecko got into the room. The staff is friendly. There are basically only 6 rooms, so we didn’t even see our neighbors. It seems like you live alone 😁 Cleaning, swimming pool, table with chairs on the veranda, safe, refrigerator, hygiene kits, everything is there! If we go to Bali, we will only come back here. In 2 weeks, we changed 4 hotels (in different areas) and only this one got to the heart! Thank you! 🫶

Everything is fine. But the quality of the building itself is disconcerting, there is already a huge crack in the ceiling and walls. It was scary, especially in bad weather, that it all would not fall apart. So there is no normal access to the hotel, it is completely off-road and dirty. There is a construction site nearby

Very nice villa. Large room, nice pool What I find a pity is that in the room there are no tea or coffee bags and no hairdryer. Stay 3 nights I have to walk to reception twice to replace schooner towels because what was in the room was very dirty. If you want to rest then you have to be here

The place is great, clean, cozy, they take care of the pool and the territory. The pool is big, deep. Cleaning is daily. I definitely recommend it) without a bike, the location will not be very convenient, although you can easily call a taxi.

Very good hotel, quiet, calm, 10 minutes to the beach by bike. The hotel is new, nice courtyard. Not far from there are cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff. We liked everything, we stayed 8 nights and regretted that we did not take longer in this hotel
