Stayed here 4 nights. Had a great time. I had a lovely cozy room. Excellent amenities, great sound system, beautiful views and the softest pillows. Cannot fault it for anything. Staff was helpful and spoke english. Breakfast could've been better. Sky straight from the hotel. Good ski shop in-house. 2 thumps up

I spent one week in this hotel with my partner. We have been in several 5 star hotels in Courchevel,this one is the worst. The service is unacceptable. Every day I had to complain about something. they are not responsive, not used to 5 star service, the staff does not talk to each other and there is no integrated team to serve the client. for exemple they forget to clean my room, you have to ask 3 times to get something done, they cannot bring a hot drink or food, everything is slow and they are very short staffed. clear case of lack of management and integrated team. Good real estate but would not return . Service is unacceptable . Covid protocols are not respected as well as in other local hotels. Concierge not wearing the mask most of the time. No soap in public toilets.i asked many times to put soap in the toilets they never listen . Nobody care . They don’t care about the clients . That’s how you loose clients . We go to Courchevel every year and it’s the first time we experience something like this. We complain so many time during our stay but nobody did nothing. Not even the manager . He didn’t care. Will never come back

The hotel it’s nice ,good position. Room Are very nice but the service it’s very poor! everyday we have to complain for something. They don’t clean the room properly or they even forget to clean it. Everytime you ask them for something (tea or just an empty cup it takes 30 minutes minimum ) or sometimes they even forget to bring it to you. Room service its unacceptable as well. Every morning I ask for lactose free cappuccino and they bring me cold cappuccino with normal milk. And when you complain that it’s cold they say that they can’t do anything to bring it hot . I Told them to cover it but they don’t listed so they keep bring it cold.So I decide not to have breakfast anymore .
