Everything was good

The staff was friendly and helpful my pillow smelled like butt and I asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. Other than that like I said the staff was great and helpful

It was gross overall except for our neighbors who were loud throughout the night but the staff was very friendly

Service is as usual friendly, quick, and respectful. I've noticed that a few guests are being rude to housekeeping dept. They are only here to make sure you're room has what you require and your room is clean. They are NOT YOUR MAID, BUTLER, or SERVANT. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL & STOP CURSING AT THEM. They are aware of what they're job is, BUT ARE YOU AS A GUEST AWARE OF IT. STOP IT.

Once again we're happily satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff and conditions of our room. I recommend your next stay will be here at this establishment. 5 stars

We have no problem with our stay at this establishment for rest, shopping, restaurants and more. It's location is just right for getting everything we need within walking distance and the service here is respectful, friendly and friendly they accommodate your needs.

Staying at hotel as early am heart procedure. People above us were moving boxes Furniture until midnight contacted fromt desk said pile Not move us are problem

The only thing I had a problem with is that the room I reserved is not what I got. I reserved a deluxe room and got a standard one so I'm sure I was overcharged.
