Friendly staff, lovely garden!

Excellent staff and service. The room is good size , nw, fresh and clean. Breakfast is buffet style with nice view, one of the best I ever had.

This hotel is very friendly to self-driving people, but it is a bit far to take a taxi. When placing an order, please pay attention to the number of people you choose. The price is different for different numbers of people. Children need to pay an extra bed fee of 25 pounds on the spot. The waiter's attitude is okay, but he is very sensitive to the extra people in the room. If you want more beds and quilts, you need to come to the room to see how many people are staying and whether it is the same as the registration. The hotel is on the mountain. At first, I thought the check-in place was on the first floor, but after checking in, I found out that it was on the third floor. Our room was on the first floor and there was no elevator. After carrying the luggage downstairs, I found that my car was parked next to the first floor. I would not have taken the luggage to check in. Very bad experience, advise everyone not to book, don't be fooled again. 1. You can't get a taxi at all. When we negotiated with the hotel, we gave the driver a 10-pound tip and waited. Very stylish hotel, with a British pastoral feel. The small courtyard is not big but has a rural feel. The room is relatively old and there is no elevator. If you want to carry a suitcase, you need some strength. The bed is relatively narrow. Fortunately, there is a bathtub in the bathroom for a bath. The breakfast is also a simple English breakfast.

The store owner discriminated against Chinese people. They arranged a basement for us. There was no elevator and they didn't ask us if we needed help with the luggage. The most important thing was that there was a staircase next to our room. If someone went up and down the stairs, the noise was very loud! The curtains were not light-proof and leaked out from the sides. We could see inside our room from the side of the window. We had to use the kettle and bath towel in the room to wipe the curtains and hold them down, otherwise there would be no privacy! There was no view outside the window, three walls and a staircase.

Very bad hotel. I booked a double bed + a single bed, but the room I got was a double bed + a bunk bed. The toilet flush was broken, there was no air conditioning, and it was fine that there was no air conditioning in the summer, but the radiator was always working. The traffic was extremely bad, and I couldn't call an Uber. The front desk gave me a number called Taxi, which had to be booked one day in advance. Ctrip actually gave this family hotel four stars, and the pictures shown in the booking were seriously inconsistent with the pictures of the room type.
