I just stayed for two nights one of the front desk staff wasn’t behaving well but the rest are good . They don’t clean the rooms daily the hotel is old furniture needs to be renovated the location I don’t know I just booked it because the tour will start from it the cleanses is good I won’t go back again the a/c has a noise and they put me in a smaller than what I booked for ( the black man in front desk date 4/may ) night shift

I had a terrible experience, upon check in the hotel representative informed us that the room we booked (2 queen beds) is not available thus we will give a small (1 bed) room. Upon making them realise that they have already taken money from us they advised it’s subject to availability. I had to Argue for an hour and ultimately had to adjust in this 1 bed room as my daughter was very tried of the flight.. Next morning I was assured that if a room becomes available they will offer me at a certian time , I had to inform trip.com to help and even after that at approx 5pm next day they offered me the the 2 queen bed room that I paid. Most of all in this entire process of 2 days the customer service was beyond poor and rude. They almost made me beg for something I already paid them for. I am a frequent traveller but I have not come across any service like this.

It's okay. It's not too far from the airport. There's a supermarket and a place to eat next to it. The front desk is good. The room is OK, but it's a little small. The hotel environment is pretty good and the lobby is beautiful.

There is a shopping mall across the street. It is convenient to buy everything and there are no safety issues. There is no problem for running at night... It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Santa Monica or the city center... The room conditions are equivalent to the Hanting Bar in China. The cups are disposable and no slippers are expected. I brought my own... Check-in and check-out are relatively simple... Parking is 27 knives/driving in and out per night. Just use your room card to swipe the parking lot access control after check-in... There are enough parking spaces... The breakfast is the same but it is quite delicious, especially the fried potatoes and fruit yogurt. Save money on lunch... If you smoke, you need to smoke in a special spot on your left hand outside the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and we were able to take a good rest before joining the guided tour. There is a supermarket right next door, making it a convenient location to get what you need.

The hotel is generally quite satisfactory. There is nothing particularly bad or outstanding. It is suitable for business trips and the price is not very high.

The rooms are basically up to standard, but the best thing is the location. Westfield Commercial Center is just outside the door, there are delicious Indian food, there are no homeless people, and the neighborhood is safe.

It's a decent hotel, close to the airport, it's more convenient to walk across the road to a shopping mall

The room is very clean and the hygiene is good. Luggage can be stored. The hotel is in a safe area, opposite to target, macy, trade joe, convenient for shopping and dining. The twin room arranged for us is on the second floor next to the highway, with some white noise. The room is big, the bathroom is a bit small.
