The staff were excellent. We arrived at 730am even though our check in was at 1030. They let us in right away since we didn’t sleep all night from our flights. Great and friendly staff that is a clock from the city center!

I do not recommend this place at all. 1. Bad security for foreigners or locals I had a package and disappeared from my room no one get the responsable of this and they did not have cameras working in the hotel to verify this or resolve the situation I did not see any effort or worry from the hotel: I do not feel comfortable with the situation because could be another document more important as my passport or wallet (I would not like this to happen to another foreigner). 2. Few breakfast options The options to choose what to have for breakfast are few and there is no variety. 3. Cold rooms Cusco it is very cold place more at night and early in the morning and my room had only one blanket, the heating did not work so I had to use my poncho and more clothes to do not get frozen. 4. The shower has no door To taking a shower as the shower there was no door the whole bathroom was flooded and even the water came out into the room: not contable at all.

You get what you pay for. The hotel has water heater and water supply issues. I have no water in the room and they basically said I am on my own so I guess I will not shower tonight. Avoid the headache if you can afford it.

Very loud. Extremely cold room, heater didn’t work, no extra blankets or pillows available. No elevator. Light fixture had shattered and bulb was flickering dangerously. No shampoo or soap. Desk staff not very helpful. Nobody was available when we wanted to check out at 6:15 am, the main door was locked and gated, so we had to let ourselves out of a side door with an unlocked dead bolt hanging off it and hoped for the best. The only positive thing this place was the location. ********** might want to reconsider including this in its listings.

The trunk smells very strong mold that permeated our suitcases. The shower is uncontrolled and constantly oscillates between super strong and weak, hot and cold. The coffee has little variety. In the three days we stayed, the water ran out twice. The toilet flush water is weak and the bowl was blocked, (we had to use the trash can as a bucket to collect water from the shower and pour it into the bowl to unclog it (lol). The hairdryer didn't work. There is no elevator and the rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor (in our case 3rd) you have to climb stairs. On the day we had to leave early (5:00 am) the hotel doors were closed and the guy at the reception was sleeping on the sofa at the reception , he got up to open the door so we could leave, but we felt bad, as if we were getting in the way and we had to wait for our car outside the hotel, because inside the hotel where the reception sofa is) the guy was occupying it as your bed. Anything good? Yes, lol, attentive staff and the hotel is next to the Plaza de Armas. I think that's all.

This hotel was in the CVC package for Machu Picchu. 3 nights in this hotel and two nights in two other hotels (Aguas Calientes and Ollantaytambo). Specifically at this hotel, some things are good. *3 positive points: a) close to Plaza de Armas (center); b) very spacious room; c) close to everything. *3 negative points: a) the coffee is definitely PRECARIOUS (very few options), and I love breakfast at a hotel; b) time: it is set to start at 6am but it is not quite like that (it was around 6:30 or 7am); There are practically no employees to help you. In the 3 days we were there I only identified 2 people from the hotel.
