I stayed here before, and overall it's a decent hotel. It's on the river and has a nice view, but there are no convenience stores nearby. The staff also leave in the evening. There are no restaurants nearby during the day, and the area only seems to flourish at night. The shower room has poor drainage, so water quickly accumulates and forms a deep puddle, making it dirty and difficult to take a shower. Also, when you're taking a shower, the sensor immediately cuts off the electricity, so you end up taking a shower in the dark. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's cheap. By the way, there is a souvenir shop on the first floor that targets Japanese group tourists, but the staff on the first floor said that it has nothing to do with the hotel. This souvenir shop often has staff gathering together and chatting loudly, and they often behave when there are no customers in the store, but they don't always have a very good attitude. They speak Japanese, but I think the products are a bit pricey, and there are many similar shops in Da Nang (including shops where they speak Japanese), so it's better to compare them properly.

Cons: there are no grocery stores nearby, it’s a little dark due to the small window on the balcony, the floor is very dirty, there was no cold water in the tap in the morning.
