Location is perfect, there’s a convenience store next to the hotel. Room is clean, infinity pool is great. The ocean view rooms are spacious and view is legit

Very good hotel, well located within 10 min walk from the center, 5 min walk from the night market. Room was clean and spacious although the wall might be a bit thin (I could sometimes hear other guests) Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Staff was good overall, very professional and helpful. The swimming pool was cool with a view on the city. Only negative part was the ”fitness center” which was just a tiny room with a few equipment (kinda misleading) Overall, nice hotel for the price.

The hotel is not far from the sea, and the place is pretty quiet for a tourist area. They offer decent breakfasts. Cleaning is great. The humidity in the room was very high though, and it was hard to dry our clothes. The water in the bathroom was getting warm so slowly that at first we thought that there was no hot water at all. And the stairs are terrible, but you are not allowed to go to the elevator in the parking lot downstairs if you don't use a vehicle. I am traveling with my old mom and was really afraid that she could fall from these stairs. I haven't used the pool, so cannot tell if it's good. Try it yourselves :)

Breakfast full, we were sent to another venue to have breakfast a la carta, we paid for buffet. I ordered a bottle of wine and I asked to transfer it to another restaurant, they just put it in a bag ad gave it to me. My husband got food poisoning from the Vietnamese restaurant, therefore we were offered to enjoy the VIP lounge at the airport but while checking out they told us they didn't have any lounge at the international Airport and didn't offer a discount or at least to pay our taxi.

I booked Voco with a high expectation given its higher price point and IHG branded. I arrived at Voco to a surprise that no one greet us at the door to help us carry luggages into the hotel as well as to the room. Let alone expecting a welcome drink. I stayed at other hotels in danang and hue in this trip and they offer better welcome service. Lobby was quite busy at the time and Check in was fortunately a breeze but front desk also did not make any attempt to help us organize delivery of luggages into the room. My request for high floor could not be fulfilled due to occupancy reason I am told which is fine so we settle at level 11. The room we were in had a stained sofa (yuck). There was problem with clogged shower drain which was addressed fairly quickly. The towels provided feels rough for the skin. The shower enclosure is all glass and has a strange design choice where it is covered with curtain on the outside facing the beds. Anyone can draw the curtains from outside the bathroom and see you shower. So this room type may not suitable with family with young kids. What is also frustrating - it’s quite difficult to get calls to housekeeping and reception to be answered. Usually it takes many calls before it gets answered. Fortunately when it’s answered, they fulfill requests quite quickly for example fix for drain problem, request for extra water. On more positive note, the view from rooftop towards the beach is amazing. And the beds are very comfortable. Noise level is not too bed at night, maybe we were just lucky there is no big parties in the club across the street when we were there. If I do come to danang again, I probably look into other places that offer better service and value.

To be honest I thought I could give a five star review since is a five star hotel but somehow I just don't feel the 5 stars hotel treatment yet. The hotel overall standard is still good but probably slightly better than 4 stars only, Probably because I'm not the Hotel group member so didn't get the top services kind and FYI, I'm actually another hotel group member but decided to try staying this hotel because too my membership hotel doesn't have one along the beach area yet, that's why I could feel the difference.

The location is very convenient. You get to the streets with Vietnamese feel very easily as it’s just a 15 - minute walk from the hotel to the market and restaurant area. The hotel room was not super clean but acceptable. The problem was that the smell of smoke in the bathroom whenever your smoker upstairs or downstairs neighbours smoke.The hotel gave us a spa voucher to benefit from a discounted service and it gave complementary bottles of water everyday, which was very nice.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with arranging for our complimentary car ride to the airport. Hotel was also located very conveniently next to the beach, only a short walk across a busy street (you have to learn to cross with confidence). Breakfast was satisfying and the swimming pool and gym were good too. Our hotel room was spacious and view was fantastic!

We had a lovely week at Radisson Red! Some of the highlights: - Our twin room (cheapest option) got upgraded to a room with sea view 🤩. It was the first time ever we got an upgrade and we were so grateful. It was lovely to have a balcony looking out over the beach and sea, listening to the waves. In a twin room they allow you to have two kids (as well as two adults) as long as they fit in the beds. The beds are 1.20 wide, so that was no problem for us. It made it a very affordable option! The beds were very comfortable. We also loved having a fridge, a very hot and spacious shower and robes. The room was cleaned very well every day. We also received new towels, water and tea/coffee every day. - The staff was so friendly, helpful and smiley. Whether it was at reception, at breakfast, cleaning staff, staff in the rooftop bar or in the swimming pool: everyone was just great! After only one day they recognised us. Special thanks to Thao who answered all my questions before booking and Josh who was always there to help us at reception. He even helped me to print some travel documents before leaving. - We LOVE the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We spend so much time there during our stay. The pool is shaded so we never had to worry about sunscreen for the kids. There were lovely benches to relax on and big fluffy towels (no need to bring any). - Breakfast! Basically everything you can possibly think of is available! There is a huge buffet, but you can also order from a menu (which the kids loved, because there were pancakes, waffles and french toast on it). We really appreciated the long breakfast hours (6.30-10.30 and in weekend 6.30-11.00). Its nice just taking your time and being able to have another coffee with a pastry after breakfast. And as a Dutch person I especially appreciated the available cheeses 🧀. - We loved it that everything was so new in the hotel and the style is very cool. Lots of art to look at. The lobby is very spacious with lots of seating options and there is always cold water, popcorn and some fresh fruits available for guests. There are 3 lifts and we never had to wait long to get in. - The gym is great (according to my husband 😆). Some small points of improvement - The hot tub has quite a lot of sand inside and should be cleaned more often. - Our room cards got deactivated a few times which meant we had to go to reception before we could enter our room. - One day the room wasn’t cleaned, but we asked around 16.30 and it was solved straight away. - We had dinner at the rooftop bar one night and the food and staff was great, but there aren’t many options to sit/eat comfortably with kids. I think there used to be a restaurant on another floor with more traditional seating, but I don’t think it was open when we were there. Highly recommend staying at Radisson Red! And make sure to include breakfast, it’s totally worth it. We booked on Trip.com (which was the cheapest I could find after comparing all platforms) and thought we got great value for money! This is my second visit to Da Nanang and this hotel. There’s a reason why I was back. This hotel is awesome. But somethings changed. The breakfast was slightly different :( hotel breakfast is very important to me. I need the coffee the bread and stuff. The room is awesome. View is amazing. Staff is helpful. Cleanliness is great. I love the beach so I rarely spent time at the pool as no sunlight touches the pool. The beach is just opposite to the hotel. Within one minute of walk. Awesome. Sauna. Best too. I will be back again. Hope their breakfast be improved by then. Love it!!!!
