Hotel was really clean and comfortable , near central dalat also stuff was really kindly and good English

Since it was an early morning flight, I planned to check out at night rather than in the morning. The location was very good as it was in front of Colin. The reception staff was fluent in English, so communication was not a problem. It's right behind the night market, so accessibility is good. I recommend it as an accommodation for 0.5 nights.

It's nice. It's not often that you can stay in such a good place for this price. The counter staff were all friendly and spoke English, so there was no inconvenience during my stay.

Good location, staff is also good

Since there were two adult men, we booked a twin bed. Room 01 on the first floor is located right next to the reception. You can immediately hear the noise from the room next door. A lot of dust accumulates on the furniture and in the corners of the room. I have trouble sleeping. They rent the bike directly. 130,000VND per day Half day 80,000VND

Good location,Hotel near shopping market,restaurant,coffee shop,it easy to walk around to shopping or eating. Staff very friendly and helpful to support me on arrival date.Room is clean,good price.Great trip.

I have chosen 1 star, but given the option it would be 0. We checked into this hotel, we booked a 2 bedroom “penthouse”. We had read reviews about the cleanliness, so made contact several times prior to our stay to ask the hotel to ensure the room was clean. We were asked to pay for our stay on arrival which we did. When we got into the “penthouse” it was extremely dirty. The kitchen backsplash had what appeared to be cooking splatter that had been smeared and food left in the cupboards and fridge. There was mould in the bathrooms including on the tiles, roof and a blind, handprints on the glass bathroom door and mirrors. There was a stench in the room. We decided we could not stay. When we went to reception to advise the room was not clean, the gentleman behind the desk did not want to hear our complaints and refused to come to the room with us so we could show him what our concerns were, even blaming us for the dirtiness. He was very defensive and rude. Other guests arrived at the hotel and told us he needed to check them in first before dealing with us. He spoke about the cancellation policy which we asked him to explain and he told us to read it, but would not tell us where we could find it. He continued to refute everything we said and then told us we were being rude and that we were in his country. I found this deeply offensive as very regular travelers to Vietnam for over 10 years. He made us cancel our booking on the booking platform which was before the cancellation deadline, we then worked out it was probably because we couldn’t post a review, before offering to refund 2 of our 3 night stay. WARNING Do not stay here

The location is excellent, steps from the main market and down the stairs to the night market. The first night we were stuck in a room on the main floor off the lobby. It was windowless and grim. We got moved to an upstairs room with a window and it was a much better experience. Good value. Just avoid the rooms off the lobby.
