The resort is clean and has a great location. Most satisfying was the service there , especially 小赵，he was friendly and helpful, he helped me with laundry, explained well with all the traveling tips around there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel by Erhai Lake. The location is peaceful and scenic. Our room was spacious, well-designed, clean, and very comfortable with a nice terrace overlooking the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this a great place to stay.

The accommodation exceeded expectations in every way. Situated in a prime location, Shuang Lang Ancient Town. The service was consistently attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay which also comes with breakfast and afternoon tea time. The property was clean and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hospitality. Our room features a spectacular view that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and an exceptional setting.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Their luggage transfer service within the old street—a huge help given the walking distance and uneven terrain. The room amenities were not only complimentary but also thoughtfully tailored for couples and individuals. Our sea view was just as stunning as pictured, and the hotel offered excellent services, including photography, laundry, afternoon tea, evening soup, and a delicious breakfast. I can’t wait to return!

Loved everything about this place! The daily 糖水 was a sweet touch, and the room was stunning with a balcony bath offering breathtaking views of the mountains and water. The photography experience was amazing—we got beautiful shots at the swing and feeding the seagulls. Great location in 双廊古镇, close to shops and restaurants with live music at night. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall vibe was perfect. Highly recommend! 非常喜欢这里的一切！每天提供的糖水非常贴心，房间设计精美，阳台上的浴缸可以看到群山和湖水的美景，特别难忘。拍摄体验也很棒，我们在秋千和喂海鸥时拍了很多美照。地理位置优越，就在双廊古镇，附近有商店和餐馆，晚上还能听到现场音乐。早餐很美味，整体氛围非常棒。强烈推荐！

It was great staying experience with Tinghua Island. Did a bit of research to add their wechat for pre-arrangement I strongly recommend you do that to make your trip as smooth and as flexible as possible. The butler service who will take care your request fast, accurate and considerate. To have your luggage being taking care of when your car arrived, your afternoon tea arranged at the time you wish and things that you may forget. Facility is well maintained, up to date. Highly recommended when you consider to stay near Er Hai.

English: Tinghua Island Garden Resort is a place you should choose when traveling to Dali. It's not just a place with beautiful scenery, but their thoughtful dedication made me want to return to Dali next time. My trip was to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and they gifted us a beautiful and delicious anniversary cake. What's special when you come here is that you're right in the ancient town of Shuanglang, which is very convenient to explore. The scenery at the hotel is very beautiful. Don't forget to enjoy afternoon tea with delicious and beautifully decorated dishes. This guesthouse is located right by Erhai Lake, offering stunning, authentic sea-view rooms. The butler provided exceptional service, reaching out a day in advance to arrange the check-in process and recommending local delicacies. The room views are breathtaking, with Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain stretching as far as the eye can see, while seagulls and wild ducks play on the water’s surface—a scene straight out of a painting. The room is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including disposable items for convenience. The guesthouse also features a lakeside restaurant and picturesque photo spots, perfect for capturing memorable moments. If you’re visiting Dali, I highly recommend staying in Shuanglang for a few nights, and once in Shuanglang, don’t miss the chance to visit Tinghua Island for a different experience.

Great surfing 270 degree hotel room in Dali. Great service from 金灿管家 and thanks to carry our luggage and send us to our destination.

The hotel is clean and has good sea view. Our butler 小邓 is really friendly and super attentive. Overall a great experience and would definitely like to come back again!
