Great location, fantastic lake view, delicious breakfasts and last but not least, excellent service n friendly staff especially during checkin Ms Li went beyond to make sure our rooms are non-smoking ready

I had a great stay, the room was clean and bed was very comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location wise was a bit far from tourist spot, but overall was a great experience. Breakfasts was 😊

The counter staff were very helpful and kind. The senior counter staff helped us to book a Didi taxi using her own handphone as we are Singaporeans and cannot use our HP to do that. The room was clean and the breakfast was tasty even if not many varieties. It is a value for money hotel.

Smallish hotel near Erhai area. Adequate for a single night. Reception was polite and helpful with travel advisory.

The hotel is facing Erhai Lake, and my room has a direct sea view, which is quite satisfactory. However, the noise from cars coming and going at night is a problem for rooms facing the street, and I can only fall asleep very late. In addition, the service awareness of the staff needs to be improved (perhaps this is a common phenomenon in the city of Dali, and I have felt it deeply in the past two days).

The hotel is in a very good location, across the road is Erhai Lake, and there is a parking lot that can accommodate about 10 cars. There are delicious cross-bridge rice noodles and barbecue within one or two kilometers around, which were recommended to us by the girl at the front desk.

The hotel is well-equipped, but the area is a little small. It is clean and facing Erhai Lake. You can enjoy the sea view by opening the curtains and lying on the bed. In particular, the rooftop is specially designed for guests to take photos. You can see Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. It feels good. The service needs to be improved.

Facilities: relatively new, small room, fully functional. The parking lot is small, but the waiter will take you to another parking lot. Hygiene: good, there is a hair in the wash basin that is not clean. Environment: the closest to the sea in Erhai Park. Service: very good, polite.

Booked a sea view room, the room is relatively large, you can see Erhai Lake, although it is next to the road, but the sound insulation is good, the rooftop viewing platform has a good view, the wind is strong. I hope the washing machine can be cleaned to make it more convenient for guests to use.

The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. There is parking available around. I called before check-in and the hotel reserved a parking space in advance. The breakfast is rich in variety, clean and tidy, and cost-effective. You can choose to stay when traveling!

The hotel is very close to Dali Station. We also arranged a pick-up at the station in the evening. You can directly see Erhai Lake from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. If you arrive early, you can book their sea view room. We only booked an ordinary room because we arrived late. If you are considering visiting Haixi, you can stay there.

Facilities: General facilities of a chain comfort hotel. The hotel is not big. There are similar hotels next to it. There are 4 floors in total. The 2nd, 3rd and 5th floors should have guest rooms (there is no 4th floor). The location is quite good. It only costs 30 yuan to take a taxi from the airport. It is close to Erhai Lake. There is a balcony upstairs, which is suitable for daydreaming. If you like running, it is best to bring your equipment. You can run along the Erhai Lake when you go out. The scenery and air are very good.
