GGuest UserI stayed in a standard room. The size was acceptable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a separate shower, toilet, and vanity, though it lacked a bathtub. There was no electric bidet seat either, which was a bit of a shame. For a peak season price of 1000-1200, my expectations would have been a bit higher.
Our room, which didn't face the beach, surprisingly offered views of the fireworks from Discoveryland, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure if the fireworks are only held on weekends, but we saw them every night from Friday to Sunday at 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM.
Just outside the hotel is Beach No. 4, which is rocky. If you walk a bit further, you'll reach Beach No. 5. The scenery along the way is lovely. It's about a ten-minute walk to Beach No. 5, which features fine sand, but unfortunately, it wasn't very clean.
I've seen some complaints about noise, but I personally found it acceptable. There's music playing in the lobby, elevators, and restaurant, but the volume was within an acceptable range. In the evening, you can hear music from Discoveryland from the room's balcony, and a faint sound inside the room too. This was also acceptable, as Discoveryland closes around 9:40 PM, after which it becomes quiet.
The hotel's outdoor landscaping and decor are quite beautiful. The pink-themed photo spots along the path to the beach are very photogenic.
Breakfast was quite good, offering a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The Chinese stir-fried dishes were particularly delicious and freshly prepared on the spot.
We also tried the burgers at the bar; they offered good value for money. I found them a tad too salty, but the taste was good overall.
