The staff at the hotel were very professional and happy to help with direction. We really enjoyed staying at your nice hotel. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options to choose from the buffet. Location is good as the hotel is only half block to nearest subway station. Also just 10 minute walk to one of the main shopping districts in Dalian. Xinghai Square is also close by.

For the room type I stayed in, I would give it 99 points. I am very satisfied. We are traveling as a family and we booked a family room with partitions, which is very convenient and guarantees a certain amount of privacy. It's not unusual to have a washing machine and even a dryer, but there is actually a clothes drying rod in the room, which is super convenient. The two large windows are very bright. The subway entrance is right outside the door, and it takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to various attractions. There are many delicious restaurants in the back and side streets. I arrived at the hotel to check in at around 8pm. It was not far from the airport by taxi. The subway entrance is just a five-minute walk away. The location is not very good nor very bad. Let me talk about the good things first: the service is really okay. The corridor and the room were so smelly that it was hard to breathe. After I talked to the front desk, they upgraded me and personally helped me move my luggage to the new room. Thank you, young lady. I don't know why the corridors and rooms of such a big hotel are so hard to breathe, the musty smell is so strong. Hygiene: I thought that it was a four-diamond hotel anyway, so even though it had a lot of negative reviews, I still believed that the hotel was not that bad. Actually, I was really disappointed. The room facilities were very poor, there were hairs on the floor, the hollow decorations on the bed back were all covered with dust, and there was a lot of dust on the side of the TV. For a tourist who often stays in hotels from all over the country, it was really not a good experience. Basic hygiene cannot be guaranteed. Environment: The environment is just average. I didn’t experience the bathing myself so I don’t know how it is. I go out early and come back late every day, so I just turn a blind eye. The lady at the front desk said that she would send me a template after giving me a free upgrade and asked me to give a five-star review. Sorry, I can only rate it based on my actual stay experience.

房間户型稍顯緊湊，但乾淨衞生，設施齊全，設備很新，床睡的很舒服，酒店一樓有洗烘間，旁邊還有一個免費停車場，離店前前台還剛心的送了幾瓶礦泉水路上喝，很滿意，下次還會光顧！
