The hotel is near People's Square, the subway, and the shopping mall, but it is not noisy at all. The front desk staff is very polite and enthusiastic, and will answer any questions. The first feeling when entering the room is that I am home. The room is very large, warm, and clean, and the bathroom is also very large, with dry and wet separation. The drinks at the front desk of the hotel are also rated. What surprised me even more was the breakfast, which has a rich variety of staple foods and soups, and the dishes are delicious. I will stay here again if I have the chance, and I will recommend it to my friends.

When I first entered the hotel, I felt very warm. The service staff at the door were very enthusiastic. They also served me a cup of hot tea. They carefully explained the hotel's facilities and breakfast time to me. They also gave me a welcome gift when I checked in. It was very considerate. I just needed hand cream, so I didn't have to buy it. Their breakfast buffet was very rich and delicious. I liked it very much. And they solved any problems I had during my stay in time. In particular, there was a little girl Xiaoyu at the front desk who was very careful. I asked her questions several times, and she was very patient to answer them. She also recommended nearby tourist attractions and restaurants to me. Thumbs up for her! This is the most impressive hotel I have ever had since my trip. It is comparable to a five-star hotel. I like it very much. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Dalian in the future!

The newly renovated room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm. The Xinquanxin Fisherman's Restaurant next to it is a regular place for locals to gather for dinner. Their seafood family portraits are large and delicious. Because it is newly renovated, the coffee machine in the front room is not running. It would be nice to install a dining table and a microwave oven so that guests can drink coffee and heat food at leisure.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The environment is very good. We originally booked a king-size bed room, but seeing that there were many of us, we were upgraded to a family room for free. They also gave us a supper voucher and breakfast coupon for the extra person, which was very considerate. I will come here again if I have the chance next time I come to Dalian.

The location is convenient to go everywhere, and there are many living facilities such as supermarkets around. The hotel is new, clean and sanitary. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel breakfast is also good. It is convenient and nutritious to go out after eating. The room decoration is warm and simple, the facilities are complete, and the robot delivery is very convenient.

When I stayed at the town's five-star hotel, I encountered some issues. The receptionists and staff were unable to speak in English. I had to change rooms twice, but both were affected by mold around the AC vents. The bed linens and other amenities were average, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms was poor.
