Second, during my trip to Dalian, there was not a single missed call on my mobile phone. I was really angry about this kind of blame-shifting and dishonest service attitude. It was just a small matter. Was it so difficult for them to just call me and apologize and admit their negligence in their work? Why did they have to push their mistakes onto the guests right away? Do you really think this kind of service is good? The 2.5 points for service were given to the staff who shirked their responsibilities. The customer service and cleaning service were still very good, and the house was cleaned very cleanly and promptly every day.

I originally thought it would be close to Dalian North Railway Station, so I booked one night first and planned to stay near Xinghai Park the next day. The experience at this hotel was good my daughter was so happy with the Balala fairy room she enjoyed herself so much, and many thanks to **** for checking up on us as we left the hotel, we loved the atmosphere the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the F&B manager went out of his way to make sure that we sat comfortably and we were served exceptionally well, whenever we come back to Dalian for our next vacation this hotel will be definitely be one of our choice among the many hotels that we will book 😀 I enjoyed my stay, and the reception stuff was very warm and friendly, the bed was absolutely comfortable considering the we traveled for well over 16 hours from our city. I definitely had a relaxed night. My husband rested well, and he was at ease.

Why did I ask me the price of Trip.com at the beginning? Why did I go to the ”Black House” for a while?

真的很寶藏！之前住的離機場很近，飛機聲音真的很吵，所以這次選了這裏，真的很讓我經驗，我覺得這家老闆絕對是一個細節控，每一個地方都讓我覺得很驚喜！民宿的外觀很Ins風，每一處都很出片，到了酒店一頓拍拍拍，關鍵這個價格在別的地方住的要不很久很破，要不很簡陋，但是這裏我覺得絕對可以媲美五星級酒店，最喜歡床頭的鬧鐘，好想把他帶走，還配備了智能馬桶，智能家電，重點！還有洗衣房，家人們誰懂啊，現在一天都得換兩件衣服，洗衣房太方便了，重點洗衣液都是山姆的我哭死，怎麼可以這麼用心，房間很乾凈，真的體驗感超級棒，本來這麼便宜的價格沒報太大希望，這次絕對挖到寶藏了！讓我忍不住怒給個好評！來旅遊的一定要來，對了還有個福利我特別喜歡，就是可以免費去旁邊的游泳館，叫亞特蘭蒂斯，免費的游泳健身，那裡的環境也是超棒，整體給我的感覺就是每一處都很用心，每一處都有驚喜，關鍵價格還那麼美麗，已經推薦給很多了，希望老闆繼續加油，這麼好的地方讓更多人知道！大家快沖，記得下飛機喊老闆接哈！
