We found ourselves in a difficult situation because the airline lost our luggage. The guy at the reception took care of everything. He also tried to book tickets to visit the grottoes, and when it turned out that seniors and the disabled are entitled to a free ticket, he tried to get a refund for the tickets. He also arranged transport to the wooden pagoda and the hanging monasteries. Thanks to their efforts, kindness and patience, our stay was successful.
