首先我是12點到店入住，預訂時已經有積分兑換了一個提前4小時入住，到店跟我説我定的房間沒有打掃好，可以給我更換雙床房，我説不行，我定的大床為什麼要給我換雙床？你需要免費給我升級大床房（攜程規定），酒店説他們沒有這種規定，需要我加30元，我因疲倦着急入住，沒有在意這30塊，結果給我升級了一個窗户靠馬路的1樓的房間，我睡了一個下午5個小時，醒了十幾次，不是有各種機械發動機在外面轟鳴，就是大媽大爺在外面嘮嗑，給我整得神經衰弱！我等到六點多起床，實在受不了，逐退房，説我住不下去了，太吵了，前台居然一點抱歉的意思都沒有，甚至有一點嗤之以鼻，彷彿説為什麼連這點聲音都忍耐不了，然後我就換了一家酒店入住。我還專門挑的評分最高的酒店入住，住房條件怎麼樣我就不説了，熱水器不好用我也不説了，最基本的睡眠質量都無法保證，我覺得這不是一個什麼好酒店，後面我跟攜程協商能不能退房費，畢竟我6點多就退房走了，攜程協商後表示商家不同意，説我已經辦理入住了，衹能給我換房間，我説一開始為什麼不給我一個安靜的房間？我很滿意攜程的積極處理，就是不理解為什麼這個平台有這種虛假分數的酒店？總之睡眠淺的老鐵們避雷這家酒店，聾子可以無視。

前台裝修的很大氣，寬敞，非常好！服務員小姐姐非常熱情，房間很大，很整齊，明亮衞生很乾凈。晚上出來散散步逛逛街吃夜宵都挺方便的，性價比很高。

酒店位置非常好找，停車方便，挺乾淨的，客服服務好，周邊餐飲、超市都有。晚上還可以在湖邊放煙花，還有設施在建設中，過段時間可能會更加好。兒子的耳機留在了房間😂，服務員馬上聯繫了我們，幸好還未走遠，掉頭回去取，真的非常感謝！

套房是一廳兩室，還有麻將桌，無線跟電視好用，房間簡單但舒適，前台服務態度熱情，入住辦理快，交通方便。
