Leonardo Hotel Derby Reviews

Our recent stay at the Leonardo Derby City Centre was exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel’s prime location is great. The pricing was reasonable, and we made the decision to upgrade to the executive room. This upgrade provided us with complimentary alcoholic beverages, chocolate cans of soft drinks, coffee at the hotel bar, and a 20% discount on food, which proved to be a worthwhile. It also has underground parking (get there early to secure a position. We would certainly recommend this hotel for future stays.

Thanks to the team at the leonardo derby for a fabulous weekend stay!! From the amazing greeting from Kristina at reception to the service at the bar and restaurant. First class as always. Will be back very soon ☺️

Fabulous customer service; however rooms do need updating/maintenance which unfortunately put me off. Personally would not choose to stay again if I had the choice due to this.

Sadly couldn't cancel on this occasion due to illness, but always stayed here previous trips and will continue to do so.

We came to this hotel for our anniversary and asked for the same room we had before 901 , the hotel staff member Jess and the reception team went above and beyond to make this happen and even left us a lovely note and some sweets which was such a lovely thing to do. This hotel is wonderful and we love it and we will definitely be back soon.

Budget option, room is spacious but a little dated.

The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was not very informative when I asked for advice regarding where to visit or dine within the city.

The room is clean, the breakfast is ok. The parking slots is not enough.

Great place at the centre of Derby

The place is nice and clean. Spacious room and bathroom as well. the only thing we would say about is the parking area. but it was not that far anyway from the hotel.
