Kayata is a cosy, unique and magical hotel. Ayse on reception was AMAZING- she was so attentive, kind, warm and responsive. Hotel is situated in the perfect location in Urgup with free parking outside (car essential in Cappadocia if you want to see the sites). We could walk to all the local attractions- restaurants, bars, wine tasting, hamam etc. The room was divine- I felt like royalty! We even got engaged in there it was that special. Breakfast was fab- Turkish breakfast in a cosy breakfast room with great service. Hotel is happy to arrange all the activities for you and alcohol is also available and can be brought to your room. Also recommend using the transparent dome tent on the terrace- so cosy, can arrange shisha and drinks with a moutain view which is amazing. Note there was a smell of damp in the room but I felt this was part and parcel of staying in a cave with its own jacuzzi and hot shower. A dehumidifier was provided. It didn't bother us much. Loved it and would stay again. Thank you.

This little Gem is simply unbelievable. It’s such a small boutique super luxury hotel, we loved it so much. The room was incredible in a cave.. it’s so dark at night almost scary! The staff ( all of them..) are extremely nice and so helpful. The night staff the breakfast staff, the cleaning staff ( which are the same) so nice We will be back with the kids.. Highly highly highly recommend..

The hotel was perfect, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, provided us with charger for the phones. The cave room was large with a balcony. The breakfast was excellent, all staff was extremely nice and helpful. View from the top of the hotel was picturesque. We had a great time.

The hotel has the most amazing view. All the staff is very warm and welcoming! The rooms are very comfortable and have all the necessary facilities including high quality jacuzzis! Most recommended place

For a cave suite, it was fabulous! Jacuzzi in room, Hammam in bathroom large king bed and all amenities. The people were excellent, especially Ayse, and Ufuk…. Arranged everything perfectly 12 out of 10!

Beautiful hotel very traditional , with an amazing garden. The guy who welcomed us ( I don’t remember his name ) was amazing he explained everything very well and recommend us the best places , this guy exceed my expectations my father was going to get the balloons tour next day and did not bring any jacket this guy provided an excellent customer service and give his hoodie to my father if the manager is reading this please congratulate this guy with a bonus of day off because he deserve this . Amazing location , amazing rooms everything clean and the breakfast the best , the chef is the best very friendly and always checking if we like everything , they gave me pancakes and was delicious and the way she cooks very traditional gives this special vibe the restaurant needs 👍 seems that the staff is happy and that is the clue to make customers happy Good job to everyone !

I stayed at the Kayata Cave Suites with a couple of friends in April 2023. Our room was compromised of two twin beds in the main bedroom area and a good sized sofa bed in the living area. The suite itself was clean, warm (it was pretty cold outside) and had all the expected amenities. One of the highlights was the traditional Turkish breakfast which was outstanding. The team put on a spread containing several types of cheese, eggs, olives, kaymak, honey, fig jam, bread and as a bonus French Fries! However, the best reason to stay at this property is because of Urfuk and Samet. Urfuk worked the day shift, got us checked in, organised quad biking and gave us advice on best times to visit places. Samet covered the night shift, organised the dome on the 4th floor so that we could smoke shisha in the warmth. These guys made our stay that extra special as they were very chilled, came and said hi, but never pushed us to do anything or force any trips or services on us.
