Nice getaway for the long weekend if you want peace.
The Japanese teppan restaurant is very good. The lobster teppan is delicious. Service by waiter Haroon was outstanding.

I’m in shock of the friendliness of the staff, never been to a hotel like this. Many staff at the lobby but nobody bother to greet the guest. Not just my opinion, all of my friends are in awe of these mind their business staff.
Only 10% of the staff is helpful.
Just 2 bath towels, no face towels or hand towels. Luckily after my complaint, they provided hand towels.
Breakfast is a little bit OK, but coffee isn’t even hot enough to melt the creamer.

Nice and pleasant stay in the resort. Spacious room for 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids). Sofa bed avaiable so no need to get extra bed. Just request another blanket. Room cleanliness is great.
Breakfast spread also was great and they got ‘ubi rebus’ 😋
Kids really enjoy the pool and kids playroom.
During our stay the beach was alerted as red flag. So swimminh not allowed. The weather also cloudy so could not appreciate the sunrise. 😞
Overall really enjoy the stay !!

This hotel is only 4 stars locally! Not the 5 stars marked by Ctrip! Breakfast was not good! The room is big, but the supplies are average. Our room had a severe musty smell and the bath towels smelled bad!

The hotel is not too bad for the couple room. Just that during checkin around 3+ they told me the rooms were still not ready and I have to wait half an hour. But everything else about the hotel is ok.
