"i absolutely love this hotel. it is a very simple hotel on 1 floor with 19 rooms but it’s clean design together with the black and white aesthetic and high floor made my stay perfect it is convinient to nearby locations like jiefangbei street, hongya cave, raffles city and more the staff are really friendly and hardworking. their workings hours are long so do be kind to them and don’t create trouble for them i really recommend staying here and i will come back for another stay when i am back in chongqing thank you to the staff, you made my stay perfect"

"We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were fantastic and helpful. They upgraded us to a larger room and got us in a little early because they saw we had our baby with us. The room was great - huge, clean, comfortable, and had an epic bathtub at the large window looking out. Also in a great location next to all the shops and food, as well as Eling. We walked to Liziba too (lots of stairs). Can definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I have selected this hotel because it is not far from the major train station. It was my mistake. All of the attractions are pretty far from this hotel. Nearby metro station is 2 bus stops away, and if you want to walk, be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Other than that, the conditions of the hotel are about an average. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast served is all Chinese. If you are not familiar with the Chinese breakfast, this hotel is not for you, and there are no restaurants nearby where you can buy western style breakfast. One more thing, the hotel is equipped with 3 washers and a dryer, which comes in very handy if you are a long-term traveler."

"The location is excellent. However, the building doesn't display the name of the hotel. It is situated at Xinhua International building 12 floor. No signage of Moxun Chiu unless you reach the 12 floor. The room is spacious n comfortable. There is no breakfast/restaurants in this building. The receptionist is very helpful. Activating the curtains or lights is using XiaoDu, smart voice activation. We realised the room is not cleaned/vacuumed (not sure if it applies to the boutique hotel), only replacing towels n toiletries. Bayi Street is right below. Jiefangbei Liberation monument is on the right. Food Street is across the street. Overall, this is a great hotel."

"Nice location and 56 floor view, very near to 解放碑and a lot of food street here. Service from 菜菜 & 小爱is good, they are polite & friendly 👍🏻 They also provide a snacks while we long waiting for the DiDi and nice resting area. Highly recommend to stay here."

"A very good hotel, very suitable for business reception, the hotel environment is not bad, the room is spacious and clean. The service is very good. Before check-in, the hotel service butler took the initiative to contact and add WeChat, and helped to solve the problem as much as possible, and arranged the room in advance. "This stay was beyond my expectation! The hotel service was warm and thoughtful, the front desk was efficient and considerate, and the room type was upgraded. The rooms are spacious and bright, the design is elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the daily cleaning is meticulous. The location is excellent, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked meals are especially amazing; the quality is reflected in the details: the staff always provide smiling service and actively provide travel suggestions. The accommodation experience is worth the money, and it is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality. I will definitely choose it again next time!"

"Excellent customer service. We had issues with being unable to connect to the internet. 隆碎霞 helped us diligently to get the issue resolved. She provided different options to resolve the issue and was constantly in contact with us back and forth during the ordeal. She is truly an asset to the company. I also ran into her in the laundry area and she patiently explained things to me using the translator. The hotel has amazing views high above all the other buildings. The breakfast buffet has a large selection. Had pretty much everything except English tea bags. Which was actually available in the room, but not in the buffet. I was too lazy to go to the room to get it. Other than that, it has a superb variety, including Chinese and Western options. Afternoon tea had very sparse options. Some sweets, and fruit. Nothing to rave about, but appreciative to have. Room interior are spacious and well equipped. Personally I find it lacking quality finishes worthy of a 5 star hotel, but that is my personal preference. Especially having stayed at the JW next door the previous night. Beds are comfortable. There was a cute little tea pot set. Washroom can be an issue depending on the room type. First room, the washroom was enclosed with a shower, toilet and sink in the same room, separated by a dark frosted glass door. Second room, toilet and shower are in separate stalls with the sink on the outside. But, the glass partitions are opaque with no additional door separating the washroom area. This can be an issue sharing a room with friends and family. Also can be quite noisy if your partner is trying to sleep in while you're using the bathroom area. There are many spaces on the 57th floor for lounging and meeting up with friends. The design is modern, big and spacious. Signage to the hotel in the lobby is non existent. You have to take an elevator to the 44th floor. Then round the corner where you will see the signage for Pagoda. Staff will then ready a lift for you to the 57th floor for check in. This is my first time in a hotel with this kind of elevator set up. It is a bit troublesome to transfer elevators. But then it feels very private and exclusive when the elevator is dedicated only to us. Plus I feel it's actually faster without having to stop on the different floors to pick up other guests. Location is very ideal. Walkable to Hongya caves. Many shops and eateries near by. Pagoda is an excellent choice when visiting Chongqing."
