應該是很早以前的縣政府賓館，透着大氣和當年的豪華。裝修裝飾已老舊，但是性價比高，衞生條件也不錯，市中心，周邊環境好方便，停車場地大。挺好的，滿意！

為了看德興銅礦而選擇的這家賓館住宿，雖然不提供早餐，但是這個房價確實很實惠，尤其是在春節估計找不到第二家了，性價比是極高的。停車場也很大，可以容納很多車輛，停車無壓力

衝著德興賓館這個名頭去的，但是房間老舊，晚上空調噪音影響睡眠，前台服務員態度態度生硬，給人感覺生意好壞跟她無關，周圍吃飯還很方便，房間衞生不敢説乾淨，入住體驗較差！
