Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good! The room was just right and had everything we needed. I’ll recommend it anytime!

The bed was about the most comfortable part of this trip.
We were on a youth trip. We booked three rooms. The AC did not work in one of the rooms so they had to move them to another room. The sink did not work in this room.
In another room the toilet did not work. At checkout we were told we should have told them it did not work. But they had told us that the sink did not work in that room and that’s all the rooms that they had. So, even if we had told them about the toilet it wouldn’t have gotten fixed. The rooms had a very bad order to them as well.
At 9:53a this morning we heard a knock at the door and it was the cleaning lady trying to get into our room to perform a cleaning job, when check out is clearly at 11 AM. We have stayed at this hotel several times a year, but today is the last we will never stay here again!

Was very disappointed. Forst it took 3 different people to give me access to my room, the key cards werent working. The towels were dirty. The bath tub was chip. They were out of most things for breakfast, the pool was closed with trash floating in it. We had to leave the tv on because the highway was so noisy.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY, THERE WAS HAIR, FOOD AND JUST FILTH ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND BATH TUB. THE CURTAINS HAD HOLES IN THEM AND WHEN WE WALKED ON THE FLOOR OUR FEET WERE IMMEDIATELY FILTHY. I FOUND LIVE BED BUGS AFTER NIGHT ONE AND HAD BITES ON ME. I TOOK THE LIVE BED BUGS TO THE FRONT DESK AND SHOWED THEM AND THEY DID NOT ACT CONCERNED. THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER FILTHY ROOM. HAD THERE BEEN ANY OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA WITH AVAILABLITY WE WOULD HAVE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL BUT WE WERE STUCK. THE FRONT DESK WAS NOT KIND OR ACCOMODATING AND NOT CONCERNED AT ALL. WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Check in was great, staff was excellent! We were on the ground floor though and i would have felt safer on the second floor as it is a shared parking lot with a restaurant with bar.

I’m not a budget hotel type but thought I’d try this and I was plesantly surprised, the hotel was old and had a lot of aging/people damage but was clean enough, the towels were nice but the bed was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was very basic.

The room was upstairs, easy access to the lobby, recently renovated, clean, comfortable stay, & no pest. The continental breakfast was great with waffles that you can make, muffins, yogurt. Enjoyed our stay!

My room was very clean. It’s an older hotel with a few cracks. But the refrigerator worked very well. The freezer frose overnight the ice pack I had in my little ice chest. And it kept my drinks cold. There was a small coffee maker that was nice. But there was breakfast in the lobby. I had a Texas shaped waffle!

The room trash cans had not been emptied. The aesthetics of the hotel are dirty or looked grimey. They need to do some work on the property. The Television in the room did not work propose we could not watch it.
