Palm Inn Hotel Doha Reviews

I contacted the hotel in advance to request a twin room, but there was a slight mix-up. When I arrived, only king rooms were available. The front desk kindly added a rollaway bed, which is acceptable. I have an early flight tomorrow morning, so I'll make do for one night.

Everything was perfect travelling from there to Yacht was very easy ans timesaving.

I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel.

Customer service and room service were perfect. However, the room was not cold enough, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The bathroom was not in good condition – the shower was damaged, and there was no extra water line. Also, in the room, the charger sockets were not working. Please look into these issues to improve the guest experience.

Good service with the cheapest price.

The shower water wasn't hot, and I couldn't find a hairdryer. It was quiet though, and the soundproofing was pretty good.

Honestly, my stay at Palm Inn was amazing! I stayed for almost 10 days and truly enjoyed every moment. All the staff were super nice and respectful, especially Hanni. The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy — it really felt like home. It was also very comfortable and conveniently close to the city, which made everything easier. I definitely recommend Palm Inn and would gladly stay again!

Arriving very early, as a result of a flight delay. Front desk sats I can wait in the cafeteria until a room is available and reminded me of their WiFi log in info (thumbs up #1). I sat and recharged my phone and ordered a nice breakfast, while there was bgm of Italian morning cafe so soothing and relaxing (thumbs up #2). After the meal, satisfied and tired as I didn't have any sleep going thru the havoc of flight problems, I closed my eyes and went meditating. A moment later, the staff came and said sir your room is ready, I can see you're very tired. it came just in time(thumbs up #3). They treated me like family, and what more you want from a hotel?

My name is Bader Alali from Bahrain, even though the hotel is a 3 stars hotel, I was actually extremely surprised by how amazing this hotel is, it does deserve more than 3 stars with the excellent services provided. Cleanliness, interaction, house keeping, location, literally everyone was extremely nice and extremely helpful and hospitable. I had the experience from the 18th of November till the 22nd of November. Extremely happy and satisfied with every single second in the hotel. I assure that any other time i am coming to doha, ill 100% book the same hotel. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED.
