Not very good location but friendly service

Customer service and room service were perfect. However, the room was not cold enough, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The bathroom was not in good condition – the shower was damaged, and there was no extra water line. Also, in the room, the charger sockets were not working. Please look into these issues to improve the guest experience.

The hotel is good according to the price but it needs a bit maintenance specially for the shower and bathroom equipments

Actually the best hotel customer service i have experienced. I have stayed at 5 star hotels and the food and service here beats it easily. And the price is amazing!

Decent hotel located in a quite residential area, value for money stay for a short trip or transfer. I stayed for a few hours of sleep after tiring transit tour and wait for flights departure. restaurant at the hotel who serves good dishes as there is limited restaurant around.
