Atour Hotels in Dongguan

The location is about 10-15 mins walk to the metro. Room is clean and stocked up with drinks in the fridge free for the guests to consumed. There is even night porridge provided between 9:30-11.00pm. All staff are pleasant and courteous. Only criticism I have is the hot breakfast should be warm and heated better. Likewise the night porridge. Overall, highly recommended

Requested for a change in rooms after the original room had a lingering smoke smell. The new room was ok at first, but halfway through the night there was a smoke smell coming from the aircon vent. There were still whiffs of smoke drifting into the room even after I switched off the aircon and opened the windows. The hotel needs to step up its enforcement of a no smoking policy. On the plus side, service was great. There are laundry facilities and the hotel staff kindly delivered the laundry to our room.

Thos hotel is a good hotel. Nice view and it is clean. The only problem is there is no lock on the bathroom door! It is not even a door it is a siding door! There is only one door so if someone taking a shower you close it but if someone needs to go to the bathroom there is no door. The food they have is okay. Overall nice place but could make it better.

Perfect. The location is great, near very big mall. There is also a small convenient store right next to hotel. Good smell. Good bed. Good breakfast. The staffs are friendly, helpful. They support me to change the room quickly and neatly. The design of hotel is very beautiful and customer centric. I will always choose this hotel for my future trips

I heard that Sansan Town is very popular, so I came here with my sisters to check in. After drinking too much at night, I wanted to find a place to rest and found an Atour Hotel here. Then the front desk saw that I had drunk too much and poured me a glass of honey water. , and also prepared a bowl of porridge for me. I thought I just came here to have a rest. I didn’t want to live here. I was really touched by the warm service. Then I thought about it, after all, I drank so much, I couldn’t go back. I just opened a room here. When I left the store, the front desk prepared some warm water for me and asked me if I was feeling better. The respectful care warmed my heart. The room was very clean. You can tell by looking at the pictures. I will choose this store next time I come here.

I first saw the free parking, and when I got there I found the environment was really nice, the room was big, the service staff was very nice and greeted me warmly. Very child-friendly. As soon as the children arrived, they read picture books in the bamboo house. There are also children's toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, and children's plates for breakfast. I will choose this place next time I come to Dongguan

The lobby is very distinctive and the environment is full of technology. The front desk service is enthusiastic. The tea drinks given when checking in taste good, just like those made in a milk tea shop. The hotel is fully equipped. The bedding is of Atour standard and very comfortable to sleep in. The room is also intelligently controlled, which is quite high-end. The breakfast is very rich, the noodles are delicious, and the side dishes are rich. It is a very satisfactory stay experience. I will continue to choose to stay next time!

Because of the weekday relationship, the location needs to be more convenient to drive. There is also enough parking. You can also upgrade the executive room for free. The service is great. Stay for one night and go to Songshan Lake in many European style buildings.
