I booked a business room, which is a bit different from the one in the picture. In the picture, you can see that the sink is outside the toilet. In the actual business room, the sink and toilet are a bit small. The waiter reported back that the business room in the community is quieter and the room type is indeed smaller. Although the waiter didn't do anything to deal with it, his attitude was well explained. I just want to complain about the poor hygiene of the room, and there are garbage used by previous guests in the curtains. The reason why I booked this hotel is that it is relatively new and I really like the exclusive lavender shampoo and conditioner here.

My stay at this hotel was generally good. The location is just over a 20-minute walk from the Humen Train Station. My room was clean, the service was friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, I had a lot of trouble sleeping because of the noisy people in the rooms nearby. Also, the glass enclosure for the shower did not contain the water very well, and the bathroom got flooded.

Every time I come to Dongguan Chang'an, I must stay at Ramada Encore Hotel. I like the new hotel rooms and the complete supplies. When booking on the membership platform, it is stated that I can enjoy member reward room upgrades. But unfortunately, there was no room upgrade available when I checked in.
