Mountain View Hotels in Dongguan

This was a splendid experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, minimalistic, and exceptionally clean. The soundproofing is excellent, and the bed and pillows are honestly to die for — some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the treatments we received were out of this world. The whole hotel has a wonderful sense of peace and serenity. Every day, the staff brought oils and incense to our room, which was such a lovely touch and made the room smell divine. The food was another highlight. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a great mix of Western and Asian cuisine and plenty of choices, so there really is something for everyone. The pool area is also beautiful. Some of the sunbeds could perhaps use an update and a little more cleaning, but this didn’t really affect our experience, especially as the large, fresh towels provided covered them completely. The service, however, is what made the stay particularly memorable. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Kira, who helped us with absolutely everything — from booking our dinner table and explaining where to find things, to helping us take advantage of promotions and arranging a late check-out. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. I would also like to mention Liu from the spa, who was equally wonderful. Liu helped recommend the right treatments for us and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside for me — and this is not really the hotel’s fault — was the number of families allowing children to scream, run around, or ride small bikes and scooters through common areas, including the dining hall and reception. Considering how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere of the hotel otherwise is, I would appreciate slightly stricter rules regarding behaviour in shared spaces so that all guests can enjoy that sense of calm. Overall, I will absolutely be back. I left feeling as though I had completely reset both my brain and my body, which is exactly what I wanted from this stay. A beautiful, relaxing experience that I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a proper escape.

Vienna International Hotel (Dongguan Zhangmutou) I am very satisfyied staying at the Vienna International Hotel in Zhangmutou (also known as Vienna Hotel Dongguan Zhangmutou or Vienna International Hotel Dongguan Zhangmutou Government Square), a mid-range chain hotel in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Key Highlights: • Lobby: Described as excellent — spacious with a high ceiling and bright lighting, creating an impressive first impression. • Staff and Check-in: Very professional service, with a smooth process and unsolicited early check-in. • Rooms: Large, clean, and comfortably elegant despite not being brand-new. Features a simple, warm design with a practical office setup and necessary equipment. • Location and Surroundings: Conveniently surrounded by abundant food options, from proper restaurants to lively night street food, in a vibrant small town atmosphere. • Overall Value: An excellent hotel with reasonable pricing, strong recommendation for return visits. It is a reliable choice in a prime location near attractions like Guanyin Mountain and Zhangmutou Pedestrian Street.

We booked a hotel package that included buffet breakfast and dinner. The food selection was incredibly rich, not just a token offering, and they kept it well-stocked, replenishing items quickly if they ran low. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. Another great point was that our package included two-day admission to Longfeng Villa, but due to a typhoon, we couldn't enter. However, the hotel promptly refunded a portion of the ticket cost. Even though we couldn't go outdoors, the hotel had plenty of children's play facilities, so the typhoon didn't affect us at all. We ate, drank, and played all within the hotel. All in all, we had a very happy and enjoyable stay.

The Tangxia Sanzhen Banshan Hot Spring Hotel in Dongguan was truly a delightful trip! The hotel environment is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, and the air is fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight was definitely the hot spring water park; the facilities are comprehensive, and the water quality is crystal clear. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, as if washing away all fatigue. The children had a blast in the water park, while the adults enjoyed the tranquil hot springs. The dining options were extensive and delicious. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and joyful, perfect for both family outings and gatherings with friends. This place allows you to unwind, fills you with happiness, and is highly recommended!

A Wonderful Stay Yet Again at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen This was my 5th stay at Aloft Hotel Shenzhen, and once again, it did not disappoint. The service was consistently excellent – the hoteliers were warm and welcoming as always, and I especially appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the manager, who made me feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. It’s clear that the team puts effort into maintaining high standards both in hospitality and in culinary offerings. Spending 7 nights here was a pleasure, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Staying with our child was so easy and stress-free. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious enough. Our kid absolutely loved playing on the big lawn outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended for families with children.

Just wrapped up two amazing nights here and had a great experience. The breakfast buffet is top-notch—seriously impressive variety with everything from Western classics to local dim sum. The lobby atrium is stunning, featuring a massive traditional mural that makes the space feel very grand and unique. My room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable. Also, the gym is huge and well-equipped with great machines. Perfect location, excellent service, and great value. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been traveling for so many years, but I have never encountered such bad service. There was a thin lady with long hair at the front desk, who should be the manager, surnamed Liu. She had a very bad attitude. Because I discussed with her about upgrading the room type (I checked in late the night before, and a receptionist promised me that I could upgrade if there was a room the next day. I called the front desk the next morning, and a man answered and said he would apply for it). When I went downstairs, I met this short-haired lady, who yelled at me and threw the room card. It's terrible. I can only say that this hotel is close to the agricultural wholesale market, and there are no other hotels nearby. Otherwise, with this attitude, it would have closed down long ago.

It's good that this hotel has parking, though it's really narrow. I understand that there are ways to park tight against the wall, but this room is incredibly narrow! It's about 3.7 bricks wide, roughly 0.5m per brick. From the door to the bed is 3 bricks (1.5m), plus the bed itself is 2m, and the bathroom is another 3 bricks (1.5m). That's 2m x 5m = 10m². Even if I overcalculate, it's only 15m². Why does your booking page say 20m²? I arrived at the hotel at 11 pm and there was no one on duty. I left my room card at the front desk and had to take it to open the door myself. Even after opening the door, I couldn't change rooms or upgrade. Please clearly state what the product is like; don't mislead consumers by listing a 10m²-12m² room as 20m². I was initially hesitant because of the good reviews for a new store, but then the delivery driver couldn't find the store downstairs, and I realized it's a renovated store with a new name. They only told me I needed to pay a 100 yuan deposit after I arrived. The curtains perfectly covered the mirror, and I could even chat with my neighbor through the wall. If it were a hostel, I could understand the service being a bit lacking, but it wasn't priced like a hostel. The sign at the door said ”Suffering a loss is a blessing,” but you can keep that blessing to yourself.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel initially with colleagues and later returned with my family for another fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the highlight was the spacious and enjoyable swimming pool. We especially loved the indoor jacuzzi pool, adding to our relaxation and enjoyment. My family had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed during our stay. We are looking forward to returning to the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel in the future.
