Mountain View Hotels in Dongguan

The room was incredibly spacious with a 2-meter bed, which is bigger than the 1.8-meter beds you find in most other hotels. The ambiance was cozy, and the lighting fixtures were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety. I'll definitely stay here again.

Key Highlights: • Lobby: Described as excellent — spacious with a high ceiling and bright lighting, creating an impressive first impression. • Staff and Check-in: Very professional service, with a smooth process and unsolicited early check-in. • Rooms: Large, clean, and comfortably elegant despite not being brand-new. Features a simple, warm design with a practical office setup and necessary equipment. • Location and Surroundings: Conveniently surrounded by abundant food options, from proper restaurants to lively night street food, in a vibrant small town atmosphere. • Overall Value: An excellent hotel with reasonable pricing, strong recommendation for return visits. It is a reliable choice in a prime location near attractions like Guanyin Mountain and Zhangmutou Pedestrian Street.

This hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, plus a ball pit and craft area, which my kids absolutely loved. We even got a free room upgrade! The facilities and service were excellent. It's right next to Longfeng Mountain Villa and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The hotel environment was comfortable, and the front desk upgraded my room to one with a beautiful lake view at night. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM on Sunday, but it was so crowded that we had to wait until past 2 PM to even queue for check-in. My elderly companions had to wait for a long time during their usual nap time and sat on the sofa for ages. We didn't get checked in until after 3 PM. I hope the hotel can staff up on holidays to improve efficiency. It's a shame that some facilities at the water park were closed for maintenance, leaving only attractions for younger children. Perhaps because it was fully booked the day before (Saturday) and there were so many visitors, some of the hot spring pools felt quite dirty and the water was a bit murky when we went to the water world on Sunday. However, the water quality was cleaner on Monday morning. Hygiene definitely needs improvement.

An absolutely fantastic place. Friendly staff, room was excellent, loved the mezzanine bedroom. Great idea to have cooking and cleaning (washing machine) in the room. I was only there for 2 nights but for longer stays brilliant idea. Location, for my needs was also excellent, right next to a mall. Even a play area for families with small children, again not need for my solo trip. If you are planning to go to this area of Dongguan, cannot recommend it highly enough. Shout out to the cute server.

Staying with our child was so easy and stress-free. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious enough. Our kid absolutely loved playing on the big lawn outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended for families with children.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, and my overall stay was really pleasant. From the warm welcome I received during check-in to every thoughtfully arranged detail in the room, everything was spotlessly clean and very satisfying. The hotel environment is great, and they even have robots delivering items! The hotel's location is also excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

I stayed in a suite and the room was quite spacious. The only thing I found a bit unusual was the shower in the bathroom; it's an overhead rainfall shower, so you have to pull out a handheld showerhead from the nearby bathtub to actually wash. Aside from that design, everything else was excellent. There are plenty of takeaway options nearby, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Dayun Tiandi.

I have been traveling for so many years, but I have never encountered such bad service. There was a thin lady with long hair at the front desk, who should be the manager, surnamed Liu. She had a very bad attitude. Because I discussed with her about upgrading the room type (I checked in late the night before, and a receptionist promised me that I could upgrade if there was a room the next day. I called the front desk the next morning, and a man answered and said he would apply for it). When I went downstairs, I met this short-haired lady, who yelled at me and threw the room card. It's terrible. I can only say that this hotel is close to the agricultural wholesale market, and there are no other hotels nearby. Otherwise, with this attitude, it would have closed down long ago.

The place was very clean, especially the towels. I really liked the layout; the view from the window was very pleasant, and personally, I loved the bed by the window—it felt very safe and comfortable. The environment was also great on weekends, perfect for jogging. The service was excellent, and there was free parking.
