I would like to share a disappointing experience I had at the reception. One of the female Chinese staff members was not friendly or understanding towards children. I have twin toddlers aged 2 and a 6-year-old son. While I was at the reception making a booking, my twins were laughing and playing, and one of them cried briefly, as toddlers often do.
Instead of being professional or empathetic, the staff member made an annoyed facial expression and even covered her ears, clearly showing her displeasure. I did my best to calm my children, but as any parent knows, children at that age can be difficult to manage at times.
I sincerely hope your staff can be more understanding and welcoming, especially to customers with young children. A little patience and kindness can make a big difference.

Hotel is beautiful with great location to convenient store and restaurant. There is one chill rooftop bar to hang out!! Cool!!

Check in was smooth as well as check out. Upon check in to the room, noticed a used shower cap was still hanging in the bathroom, the towels seems a bit wet and only 1 pair of slippers was provided in the room. The housekeeping did send additional slippers to us upon request. Add point is the front desk staff was friendly.

4 kali sudah repeat stay sini. Memang best, selesa. Car park pun banyak so senang parking. The best best best part is their food! We ordered for breakfast, mee goreng siam and sandwich croissant. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great location (near KKIA airport) and value for money. Clean room and friendly staff. Restaurant serves local, western and also exotic native cuisine (sago worms)😅
