Extremely clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They even have a robot delivery service for food! My room was on the seventh floor, and on the first night, I could hear people walking around upstairs until the early hours, which was quite disruptive to my sleep. However, on the second night, either because I wore earplugs or I was just too exhausted from sightseeing, I didn't hear a thing and slept like a baby. Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was also spotlessly clean, and there's a food street right downstairs. It's also very close to some famous restaurants and easy to get a taxi. Plus, the price was really affordable! If I go to Hengdian again, I'll definitely consider staying here.
