The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during check-in. They even gave me a complimentary breakfast coupon, and a souvenir because they mistakenly delivered the wrong bedding. The hotel was very clean. I accidentally left my headphones behind because I was rushing for my high-speed train, but the staff helped me find them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hengdian.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to both the subway station and the Ming and Qing Palace Garden. The room was clean and the facilities were new. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. Plus, the electric vehicle charging stations are only 30 meters away. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, but there are too few parking spaces and you can only park on the side of the road. Maybe because it is a newly opened hotel, the breakfast soy milk machine was not adjusted properly, and the sweet soy milk I chose turned out to be water. I checked in late at night and saw that the coffee machine and table in the lobby were in a mess and no one had cleaned them up…
