"I would like to share my experience at the B&B Hotel Dortmund Messe to draw attention to an unpleasant situation. We have been regular guests at your hotel for several years and greatly appreciate the location and the service. Upon our arrival, I arranged with the staff to lock my bicycles in the hotel. This was handled as agreed for the first few nights. However, on the third day, a staff member with long hair, who was very loud and almost shouting, informed me that he didn't feel like securing the bicycle storage room. He didn't listen to me at all, turned around, and simply walked away without offering a solution or addressing my request further. I found this behavior to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. As we are regular guests, I would like to see such situations avoided in the future and the way guests are treated improved. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience."
