Dortmund Hotels with Parking

It is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10.

It's good, but there are a lot of flies flying in from the balcony, and the front desk is a bit offensive, but the price-performance ratio is relatively high

Wir waren zum BVB Spiel angereist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Man kommt in knapp 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Signal Iduna Park.  Unsere Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich mit Blick auf das Stadion. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Lediglich etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären toll.  Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Nach dem Spiel haben wir im Hotel etwas gegessen. Ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an Gerichten, die auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passten. Das Frühstück war lecker.  Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Dortmund kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder im Courtyard übernachten.

The entire team was super careful and premature. The answer to questions was immediately ready and everything was completely uncomplicated. Breakfast leaves no wishes open with me. I'll be in mood again at my next stay, very certainly

A very nice hotel, centrally located with great public transport connections. It was clean, and my room even had its own balcony. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly functional. The only minor improvement would be a mirror in the main room, but otherwise, it was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

The view outside the window is very good, the scenery in the morning and afternoon is panoramic, the bathroom smart toilet, the breakfast buffet is also quite satisfactory, the children are half price, not far from the major attractions, and you can walk.

The hotel is close to the BVB Dortmund Stadium, which was our main target the 2 nights of our stay in Dortmund. Good service and warm welcome. Simple but great breakfast.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

The room was small, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Check-in at the terminal was straightforward, and someone was available at reception from 5 pm onwards. Unfortunately, there's currently construction going on, which you can hear, but overall it was tolerable. The walls are quite thin, so you can occasionally hear the neighbors. The proximity to the highway/motorway is only noticeable with the window open. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, although it's best not to look under the bed, and the windows and mirrors were a bit greasy. The heating/air conditioning unit could also use a wipe-down. The towels and bed linens also had some light stains. Breakfast offers an average selection, but the price is rather high. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly. In conclusion: For one night and without high expectations, the hotel is fine, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The hotel has come strongly in the years, it is almost in the ”war area”, almost all the houses in the area are empty or look like the bomb is crashed. The hotel itself is located over a 1-1 store, they probably are plain as soon as someone reads this, the body owner is right next to the hotel and a couple of roundshops, Rewe is not far away. The location is quite apart, but who doesn't have a problem with a car, The hotel entrance is located in the tunnel entrance to the parking lot. The lobby looks very good, the service is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lean but good, everything available, bread, Rough, sauce etc. However, the coffee is strongly diluted, cocoa almost undrinkable, 3 espresso are a normal coffee!. The rooms are clean, but very old-fashioned, the windows are not closed and were helpfully closed with a sticky tape (but it worked), the shower has a quite high spot, so who can no longer climb so well (particularly carefully!), the shower is then out. The room was very quiet and I felt well, you could sleep comfortable.
