GGuest UserWir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt, alle waren super nett, vom Hausmeister über das Servicepersonal und Rezeption. Vom Hauptbahnhof waren es ca 5-8 min zu laufen, leicht zu finden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt, auch kurz vor Schluss. Der Hotel Hund Flora hatte den besten Job :-) Zimmer sehr schön und sauber!!! Schöner Innenhof und leckere Gins an der Bar. Ab sofort ist das unser Lieblingshotel in Dortmund. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

HhelenluanCan I say that this hotel is simply too good! First of all, the location is great. Turn left from the train station and walk for 6-10 minutes. The red sign is easy to find. As soon as you come in, you can feel all kinds of avant-garde lights, and the screen is also beautiful. The bathroom is downstairs, and it is free without a room card. Then there are all kinds of free tea and coffee next to the front desk that you can take away. The front desk service is also good. A reminder that if you check in early, you will be charged 30 euros. Luggage storage is also very convenient. There is a large breakfast table with at least three kinds of cakes, fried seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes with skins, fried eggs, etc. There are also many types of cheese and cold ham, and there are many choices of pickles, and there are 6 kinds of yogurt. There are many Japanese living here, and they can also clean every day. It is much better than the deserted hotel I stayed in in Carmen before, and the price-performance ratio is really high

RRob KruijerPerfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.

- Decoration: Beautifully decorated and a very good environment.
- Services: Free drinks and tea bags, as well as free laundry and drinking water.
- Guest room: The bedding is of high comfort and the room is of medium size.

GGuest UserThe hotel was booked temporarily during the exhibition. It is close to the exhibition center and surrounded by residential areas, so it is very quiet. The room is a standard business style. The price during the exhibition is too expensive, it has increased many times.

GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
