Positive was noticed: + friendly service + Lobby environment + free parking in front of the hotel + small but very fine room + Cleanliness + windows can be opened Negative was noticed: - The air conditioning had no power. Over hours we had run it and tried to cool down, but it didn't work. Only 1-2 Grade it became cooler, then at least we could open the window in the evening - Kiss was not optimal for us (but this is always a taste matter)

PPeggySchDie Lage zum Signal Iduna Stadion ist super. Per Fuß ca 15 min entfernt oder mit der U-Bahn 2 min. Sauerberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Der Fön und ein Fenster waren leider defekt. Für eine Nacht vollkommen okay.

GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

KKandeyClose to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

GGuest UserFunction as city hotel, clean, beds ok, shower small but ok, bed linen and towels white and clean, breakfast too good, unfortunately the chair is out of operation and it is tiring to rise 2 floors stairs.
