The location is convenient, just a stone's throw from Dortmund HBF. However, the front desk staff are far from professional.

Although there are steps in the square, fortunately there is a slope next to it where you can push luggage.
The service was very good. We took the initiative to ask if we needed any help while waiting for the taxi the next morning. In the end, we relied on the front desk to help us book a taxi.

The hotel is right opposite the train station, very close and very convenient. Walking from the train station to the hotel requires climbing up some very high steps, which can be a bit of a hassle if you have big suitcases. Breakfast was not bad.

Modern and clean hotel with a great location right next to the train station and very friendly and courteous staff. The rooms are of sufficient size and have modern bathrooms. The only drawback was the waiting time at check-in, which I had never experienced before.

Also uns hat das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Sehr ebenfalls ein Mimi Kühlschrank drinne im Zimmer ein Wasserkocher mit Tee oder Kaffee oder Wasser sehr sauber und das Bett war super bequem man kann nicht meckern und das Frühstück war ausreichen war leider nur ein Tag dort zum Borussia Dortmund Spiel aber immer wieder gerne. Ich empfehle es, weiter dieses hotel, zu nehmen gleich Bahnhof Nähe top
