GGuest UserA Home from home room, and the first ”hotel” I've stayed in with a dishwasher in the room. Room was clean and well presented. It was a strange mix, of a self catering unit and a conventional hotel room. Decor was modern and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen and as large as the rest of the room. Only downside was the shower drain was partially blocked so excess water built up on the floor and turned the room into a swimming pool. Reported it to reception whom arranged maintenance to attend to it.

HhelenluanCan I say that this hotel is simply too good! First of all, the location is great. Turn left from the train station and walk for 6-10 minutes. The red sign is easy to find. As soon as you come in, you can feel all kinds of avant-garde lights, and the screen is also beautiful. The bathroom is downstairs, and it is free without a room card. Then there are all kinds of free tea and coffee next to the front desk that you can take away. The front desk service is also good. A reminder that if you check in early, you will be charged 30 euros. Luggage storage is also very convenient. There is a large breakfast table with at least three kinds of cakes, fried seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes with skins, fried eggs, etc. There are also many types of cheese and cold ham, and there are many choices of pickles, and there are 6 kinds of yogurt. There are many Japanese living here, and they can also clean every day. It is much better than the deserted hotel I stayed in in Carmen before, and the price-performance ratio is really high

GGuest UserAls erstes möchte ich die Freundlichkeit im ganzen Haus loben. Das war wirklich toll. Das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Da wir ein Zimmer mit Hund hatten war die Lage des Zimmers nicht so angenehm. Verständlich und gut, dass man mit einem Hund im Erdgeschoss, ohne Teppichboden untergebracht ist. Jedoch geht genau vor den Fenstern der Fußweg vorbei. Die Fenster kann man nicht kippen nur seitlich öffnen. Und so ist es aus zweierlei Gründen nicht möglich über Nacht ein Fenster geöffnet zu lassen. Dadurch war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Kopfkissen sind so fest und prall gestopft, so dass man eine Genickstarre beim Schlafen bekommt. Wir haben uns dann von Freunden Kissen ausgeliehen. Obwohl wir aus letzter Gründen nicht mehr dieses Hotel besuchen werden können wir es für Gäste ohne Hund sicherlich empfehlen.

GGuest UserWir waren zum BVB Spiel angereist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Man kommt in knapp 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Signal Iduna Park.
Unsere Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich mit Blick auf das Stadion. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Lediglich etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären toll.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Nach dem Spiel haben wir im Hotel etwas gegessen. Ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an Gerichten, die auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passten. Das Frühstück war lecker.
Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Dortmund kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder im Courtyard übernachten.

GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

KKandeyClose to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.
