Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport, an IHG Hotel Reviews

Pre notice were given to hotel for late check in due to my flight schedule , however , I was told to wait rooms due to clean room available at midnight 2am...I need to wait more than 30 mins to get my room. When I get into room, I noticed alot of "fry" in my room disturb my sleep, since aldy midnight and exhausted plus I need to out in early morning for my works...I didn't bother to change room since I don't think they have rooms available. I also notice , the fry also appear in lift lobby and my floor corridor.... It's so disappointing this stay . When I check out , I told this to reception staff , they gave me responses was not care about it .

Lack of amenities bu everything else was good. Probably the best breakfast spread I ever had during my trip. Recommended!

It was clean and comfy, the place is such a help they have frees huttle to hotel and to airport good breakfast provided but no toothbrush, no slipper, no comb.. near to the airport

We were they just one night, is ok just for a night stay. Breakfast is ok too

The hotel is nearby the airport and it has free shuttle to/from the airport for every 30 minutes. The room was big and comfortable. Love the breakfast buffet as it has variety of selection to eat. The metro is around 5 to 10 minutes walk for you to explore Dubai.

The hotel provides bus shuttle from airport, but you have to walk from airport to the bus shuttle stand with your luggage. Secondly, the toilet water pressure was so slow that really spoil your day. Just imagine you’ve been in the flight for hours, the first thing you need in the hotel is toilet & shower. How disappointed when the water pressure so slow.

Have some insects at room. But for one night stay it'fine. Reception staff are helpful. Just want to let you know the location of shuttle bus stop. Go out from terminal 1 exit and turn right (don't across the the road). Just along the the pathway reaching the end. You will find many hotels shuttle parking here. There is NO SIGN here.

Close airport, hv free shuttle bus to airport, shopping mall , but not close to Metro. Suitable for traveller if need to catch the flight. Room is clean but old facilities. No slippers, no tooth brush, need to pay money to buy these stuffs. Staffs are really friendly and nice. Breakfast is good and delicious. Many local people stay here because it's really close to airport, I guess they are workibg at immigration department at Airport. That's why they choose this hotel.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Dubai as it is very close to the airport including a convenient shuttle service at any time. The metro station is quite close too, it can be reached by foot in 5 minutes and is well connected to famous sights of Dubai. The hotel itself was very quiet, the room was modern and nice, personal very friendly, AC working fine. Breakfast was ok in general, but the local food at breakfast was quite good. Would definitively recommend and stay there again.

A great location for the airport with friendly staff! There is a great bar located within the hotel! Could not recommend more!
