An unforgettable stay perfect from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. Easy access to Mall and Public transport. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury and comfort with family or friends or with kids

Good location, hotel near MRT as mentioned. Hotel staff Su was very helpful during check in, especially asked me whether I need hotel amenities such as toothbrush and slipper straight away and request hotel staff sent to my room. Really appreciate the good hospitality. Things to improve: water pressure from shower not strong and breakfast variety. Anyway, enjoyed my stay in Ibis Al Rigga.

Just step down from the chauffeur driving, you can filled cool from concierge  Mr Ashok walking with smile to pick up our luggage. After stepping in to reception area the hospitality is fantastic by miss Meryann, Jireh and Rachelle ,  handle our checking  and perfectly handle our welcoming , answering all questions ask, with smile, until I can fill my tiring gone from long haul travel.

Good place to stay in Dubai… The location is great which you could walk to the MRT station about 200m… Lots of good restaurants and places to shop… We had a very good time here… Highly recommended!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel; it was, without a doubt, the best one I've ever experienced. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and my room was beautifully decorated with stunning views. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast featuring a variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

The bathroom was decent, but not much more. It was clean and looked new, but nothing impressive. The room itself was small and barely functional. There’s a pool on the roof, but it operates on very strict hours – from 10 AM to 6 PM only, not a minute more. While there’s a shower and sunbeds available, the experience felt underwhelming. The hotel has a club attached to it, which draws in crowds of locals and women in revealing outfits in the evening. While the noise wasn’t disruptive, the atmosphere felt a bit uncomfortable. The bed was small and cramped for two adults. Additionally, despite the listing mentioning a kettle and cups, we had to ask for them three times before finally receiving them from the cleaning staff on our floor. The most frustrating part of the stay was trying to extend the booking by one day. We went to the reception three times and were assured each time that it wouldn’t be a problem if we asked on the day of checkout. However, when we approached them with cash to confirm the extension, there were no rooms available. This left us scrambling to pack up quickly, abandon all our plans, and move to another hotel last minute. Storage space in the room was minimal, so if you’re traveling with a large suitcase, be prepared to live out of it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and left much to be desired.

This hotel is very well located and attached to Al ghurair Shopping centre where there is a medium sized Carrefour supermarket, Centrepoint, Bath body and works, Marks and Spencer shop to name a few and several eateries and chemists. The metro station Union is about a five minute walk away. Easy access to everything as it is right in the hustle and bustle of Al Rigga. Taxis are readily available. The hotel is split into hotel rooms and apartments on each side. Both are accessed from 1st floor. There are 2 good sized swimming pools, with spa which you pay extra to access. There is a coffee shop in reception area open until late which offers cakes, sandwiches and coffees. Room service is 24 hours. TV selection is okay with a few English cinema films, CNN, Euronews and Travel channel. Apartments are spacious and well designed however furniture is dated and upholstery dirty and stained. Air conditioning in rooms weren’t always working properly. Kitchen area had large American fridge, washer dryer and kettle with coffee maker. No pods provided for Nespresso machine. No basic washing up liquid etc.. so going to supermarket next door will be a must to get basics. Bathrooms had Swiss shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Bathrooms were huge, modern and clean. Rain shower lacked pressure but did the job. Overall, a fantastic stay as apartment was huge, located in a good vibrant part of Deira, close to airport and staff extremely friendly and professional. Furniture needs updating and maintenance needs  to look into fixtures. I would recommend and I would return due to location and outstanding staff

This place is very nice and convenient for all tourist and if you wish to have a nice place to stay near tourist spots

The towel was like it was washed with a dirty river water  The bed was uncomfortable  I asked for a change of room -and it was changed but  the lights were not working in the new room ( I did not even bother reporting) The TV plays Arabic channels ONLY - not even one English news channel - they promised to send maintenance to change the channel and I’m still waiting for him!!

Helpful Servicecounter. Nice LUXURY room Airco worked perfectly. Clean room with hot water in short time. Good breakfast buffet with so friendly staff. High quality furniture as well. Especially the lobby is designed luxurious yet at the same time very tasteful. The lifeguard/host in the swimming pool area was super friendly and kind. We asked for silence no music at the pool. He instantly and in a very professional way responded and helped us with towels and other services in the most friendly way. I highly recommend a stay in this Hotel.
