Dubai The Palm Jumeirah Hotels

Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view. Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water. Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.

Lovely place. Kind staff. Perfect location. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a clean hotel. The staff are helpful and caring.

One discomfort was that to have a lunch and dinner every time I had to call to book. The sanitary bags you have to call to reception to order them, what I think it’s absurd as a woman even in 3 or 4 stars hotel in the room already there😅. So when I finished what they gave me I asked again the reception asked me how many bags I need 🤪. Anyways the cleaning service were also knocking the door after 19:00 while I was sleeping and entered in my room ones after that I always outing the signal do not disturb ( no one disturb me afterwards) breakfast was great the hostesses were very friendly and kind. Only at the check in it took a lot of time because of q. In the beach side I didn’t liked it one guy that decided for me to send my bill in to my deposit ( I bought the pineapple juice and I wanted to pay for it that guy said “ ah I put into your deposit ( under your room number) so he decided for me that how I should pay). That behavior I didn’t like it as in the deposit was emergency credit card.

It was 60m2 and had two showers so it was spacious. It looked small in the online photos, but it was actually nice. The sunset on the private beach was beautiful, and the sunrise the next day was also beautiful. It felt special.

Relaxing by the infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf was pure bliss. The hotel also offers easy access to private beach areas, adding to the overall exclusivity and luxury feel. If you’re looking for a top-tier hotel experience in Dubai, The Royal Atlantis is worth every penny. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent breadfast , room is clean , the only problem is traffic is jam at this area, but maybe at certain hours. Overall is good.

Had the best time, got upgraded to the Waldorf Astoria suite and it was perfect. Even the lowest room category at this hotel is just beautiful. I keep coming back as it’s perfect to relax in a mad place that is Dubai.

I had some difficulty with the check in, booked luxe sea view room thinking of the pool view as shown in the website then they gave me a room which was totally different , can’t see any pool view , spoke with somebody in the phone from the room as I was not happy of the room , then a lady , named Freya spoke who was very rude and very poor customer service who was not trying to help in any way , I was not happy then went to the reception to speak about it , there was a receptionist named Anjali , who was very lovely , who sort out my room problem and gave me a new room as advertised and I was very happy . Because of receptionist Anjali ,who was brilliant, had great customer service made my day and saved my experience in the hotel . I am giving all these 5 star just for Anjali, who was star of my visit to the hotel , otherwise will have given 0 star for the customer service provided by the in-house room manager Freya , who was rude and zero customer service , donor try to help in anyway . The place is really good mainly for parties , young people . I love the place , vibes.

The Housekeeping staff deserves recognition for their attentiveness and thoughtful turndown service. From the shower menu’s bath bombs to the selection of teas, every detail was designed to enhance relaxation. We especially enjoyed preparing a cup of chamomile tea, soaking in the calming ambiance with soothing music, and indulging in the Patchi chocolate squares and bottled water left at bedside. These thoughtful touches made bedtime a luxurious and serene experience. The hotel’s strategic location on the Palm was another highlight of our stay. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while admiring the skyline at dawn and ending the day with the same enchanting view at dusk was unforgettable. If you’re staying at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, we highly recommend exploring the hotel’s restaurant options. The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully prepared, and offered a diverse range of choices. Great location, 10 mins walk through the park to the mall. 5 mins walk to the metro station. The beach is beautiful with free access for hotel guests. Reminder that all of the restaurants at the hotel is not part of hotel so you can’t bill it to your room. Hotel is quite new and in good shape.
