This is a very good location 📍, the hotel was very clean and the staff team was very helpful. The breakfast was very delicious.

The hotel room I received this time was much better than my previous visit. The bathroom and overall room quality were good, thanks to the hotel manager I met upon check-in. He tried to provide me with a satisfactory room, which I appreciated. I had previously decided not to book this hotel again due to the dirty and odour-filled room I encountered last time. However, this experience has changed my perception. I ordered a pizza from the lobby, which was not very good, but the coffee was excellent. I initially booked a room for one night, but extended my stay for an additional night through Trip.com at 1 PM. Shortly after, the electricity was turned off. I called the reception to inform them I was staying another night and had already paid for it. The receptionist told me I needed to come down to get a new key card. Since I was not dressed at the time, I asked her to send someone with the card. She agreed, but I called three times and waited 45 minutes in a dark room before receiving the new card. The receptionist warned me that if I didn't come down before 2 PM, the electricity would be turned off again. Eventually, I had to go downstairs, pay the tax, and collect my new key card. This level of service is unprofessional for a four-star hotel, and I've never encountered such an issue in any other hotel.

Overall is good, however the room is not convenient, too far from elevators. Didn’t taste the hotel food, overall ok and will reconsider to revisit

Trip Advisor App specified a single two-bedroom apartment; however, upon arrival, I discovered two two-bedroom apartments had been booked, and the provider refused to cancel one, resulting in payment for two apartments despite occupancy of only one. The reservation instructions in Trip Advisor are not clear.

Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant. The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable. It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East

I recently stayed at Rove City Walk Dubai and had a brilliant experience. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to City Walk and super close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. There’s even easy access to the metro, which made getting around a breeze. The staff were honestly one of the highlights of my stay. From check-in to breakfast, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to John at breakfast and Waleed at reception — both went above and beyond! The room was modern and super clean, though I will say it was on the smaller side. It didn’t have extras like slippers or a toothbrush, but once I called reception, they were quick to help. The design of the hotel is fun and fresh, with great facilities like a gym, pool, laundromat, and even filtered water on tap — loved that touch. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, with a wide variety and really friendly service. Plus, the price I paid felt like a great deal for the quality and location. Only minor downside was some noise in the hallway late at night and slightly patchy Wi-Fi at times, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. If you’re looking for a cool, clean, and affordable place to stay in Dubai, I’d definitely recommend Rove City Walk. Would stay again without hesitation!

The hotel is centrally located, with supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and fast-food outlets all nearby. The staff are friendly and courteous, proactively assisting every guest. The rooms are clean and safe, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Definitely will stay here again next time.
