We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is an iron in every room which we found convenient. The swimming pool is small but it was okay. The breakfast could have been more diverse but still a good value. It’s located in a nice walkable area, and close to the metro station. I would stay again in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast and everything. The pool area on the roof is very clean and relaxing. But keep in mind that they have English type sockets in the room. I'm not sure if they provide adapter, I had my own. They also have a shuttle to the beach, which is very convenient. The hotel is around 10-15 min walk from the metro station.

I booked a hotel for 16 nights because I had classes and didn't get a monthly room yet. I saw that it was a woman who came to check in alone. The first reception was very strict. There's nothing here. If you change the name of the person staying with you, you must pay additional fees. The cleaning staff are also more friendly. Regarding cleanliness, they probably did their best. But we're the losers. I don't know what allergic reaction is, but I got an allergic rash back in Bangkok. It's a souvenir.

I was here first time 8 years ago, it was very very vibrant hotel with cool hotel vibes first class experience it was very cool and dynamic at this time But this year i was at this hotel it was not so perfect experience everywhere dark the atmosphere is little creepy because no lights -- it seems they didn't change towels or bed covers the last 10 years they didn't change anything for the last 10 tlyears maybe thats why it has a little creepy desolate atmosphere please renovate the rooms and change the furniture there are so many alternatives (modern &cheap)in dubai that's why it would be highly recommended to get back to the old/new level

We booked the hotel again and were delighted to be upgraded to a suite. It was very comfortable and spacious, providing the perfect environment for us to enjoy and relax. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we appreciate the wonderful service. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

AN EXCELLENT GYM ON THE TOP LEVEL A VERY GOOD POOL ON THE ROOF A PRETTY GOOD BREAKFAST BUFFET . FREE DROP AND PUCK UP TO JBR AND THE BEACH ,AND BLUE WATER THRICE A DAY IS AN ADDED BONUS . HIGHLY RECCOMENDED IF YOU HAVE WORK OR WANT TO BE IN AND AROUND FROM BUSIINESS BAY ALL THE WAY TO JEBEL ALI AS ITS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE . PLUS EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH !!

Excellent value for money. Great room and amenities, nice breakfast, pool, gym everything you could need plus shuttle to malls and beach. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to restaurants, fast food outlets, and supermarkets. However, if you plan to visit the city center, you should be prepared for additional transportation costs. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed, with unique furniture and decor. But as a green and eco-conscious traveler, I was disappointed to see no live plants—only artificial ones—which seemed to contradict the hotel’s eco-friendly slogan. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited options to choose from, but the staff was very warm and polite. The food at the LaLa restaurant was quite expensive compared to a restaurant of similar level in Melbourne, although the atmosphere was nice. In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for business travelers.

The location is excellent, and the staff are polite and very helpful. However, room service needs improvement, and the internet service frequently disconnects.
