Excellent value for money. Great room and amenities, nice breakfast, pool, gym everything you could need plus shuttle to malls and beach. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to restaurants, fast food outlets, and supermarkets. However, if you plan to visit the city center, you should be prepared for additional transportation costs. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed, with unique furniture and decor. But as a green and eco-conscious traveler, I was disappointed to see no live plants—only artificial ones—which seemed to contradict the hotel’s eco-friendly slogan. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited options to choose from, but the staff was very warm and polite. The food at the LaLa restaurant was quite expensive compared to a restaurant of similar level in Melbourne, although the atmosphere was nice. In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for business travelers.

Everything was perfect, will definitely stay again. The only thing which need improvement is the Egyptian guy at the reception, the Indian lady at the reception was very polite and helpful but Egyptian receptionist need improvement in his attitude( receptionist should be polite not rude) . Location is good so was breakfast.

I got a room at 40 th Floor , with very nice view,, come to Dubai and stay at Metro Barsha on June. You should prepare secirity deposit AED 500 , they quickly pay me back when ia will checkout, better using cash for security deposit Service excellent , the Front Desk is very welcome named Rustam. location is just perfect , super close to Metro station just walk 5 min , very convenient. The room is big with 2 room , 2 balcony and good view but the sofa, carpet looks a bit tired and old . Amenities is poor , I need to call to make sure my sleepers sandlas is not enough for 4 prs , towel also but they quicklya reaponse.

That was the best experience in Dubai! We really liked this hotel. The location is near to everything, metro station is about 15mins by foot, the district is so quiet suitable for families. The room is spacious and so clean, great service. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to visit the restaurant in the 2 nd floor at the evening, atmosphere and food is amazing. Only one disadvantage we found is it could be more variety of food on the breakfast. Anyway, it was tasty as well!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dusit D2 Kenz Hotel — it exceeded our expectations in many ways. We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view. The balcony was especially convenient for drying clothes after a day at the beach or waterpark. The hotel offers multiple shuttle services to various parts of the city, including shopping malls, beaches, and Bluewaters Island — a great bonus that made getting around very easy. Daily housekeeping was impeccable, and the staff were exceptional — friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Breakfasts were another highlight: delicious, varied, and satisfying every single day. There's also a small rooftop pool with a nice view — a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It wasn’t our first visit to Dubai, but we think we’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We booked the hotel again and were delighted to be upgraded to a suite. It was very comfortable and spacious, providing the perfect environment for us to enjoy and relax. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we appreciate the wonderful service. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The team at the Tryp offers the best service. I had a room on the 17th floor and it was a good size and had good amenities and a view to the local Mosque and basketball court. Breakfast has a wide range of food of good quality. If can get busy but there are plenty of coffee machines so there is no to little wait. Mohamed at the Concierge Desk offered great service and ideas for local food and attractions. He also organised the car to the airport.

It was a pleasant stay for couple of days. Has its own night club/Pub/bars, a relaxing rooftop pool bar, and my favorite with hot jacuzzi on skyscrapers view,. I would recommend this hotel
