Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Kudos to Kamal and the entire porter staff for their professionalism, business like behavior and constant support. They are so loyal employees that they make one feel to want to stay in no other hotel than that of Residence Inn.

Perfect service, great food and facilities. Ritz-Carlton doesn't dissapoint once again. The only cons are the small area around the outdoor pool - not enough sun chairs, and awkward design of the rooms - a lot of unfurnished space next to the window, and outdated furnishing. If the room gets a little refurb, they will be splendid again. Spa is a threat, too!

My decision to stay at Sofitel Hotel in Dubai was the best. It was located in a nice location and all the staff were kind. Above all, I will never forget the tremendous hospitality that the staffs showed my child dressed in Superman clothes.

The hotel have a good location but they have a very bad WiFi. We often needed to go down to the reception to use the internet. The restaurant offer a big selection of different options on the breakfast buffet but the quality of the food wasn’t that high. It should be better with less options but a higher quality of the food. The hotel offers a swimming pool but it is on the lower ground which during the winter is lacking sun due to tall walls of the hotel. The hotel staff is very nice, polite and is always there to help.

I recently stayed at Ibis One Central Dubai and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, with well-maintained rooms and excellent service from the friendly staff. The location is a standout feature – just a short walk to the Museum of the Future and surrounded by a variety of restaurants within 3-5 minutes. It’s also close to the Dubai World Trade Centre and easily accessible via public transportation. The rooms are compact but comfortable, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for convenience, comfort, and value for money. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel! The rooms are very nice and clean. Also the hotel follows some little rules to save the ecological environment which is amazing! The location is pretty nice too super close to the metro. There’s supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, spa and etc around. There’s also an amazing pool area on the rooftop and a pretty cute gym. The reception is pretty nice too. And price is very good for such a nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. Definitely recommend and will stay there again if i’m i’m ever again in dubai.

It’s a great central location and easy to get to every where. With a view of the museum of the future from the pool level. The bedrooms are a bit old fashioned for the location and price I spent on the hotel feels overpriced. I had to request for toiletries even though I was doing a long stay.

Spacious room, friendly staff and good breakfast with different options for all tastes. I especially highlight the guy from the tour desk, who kindly helped me plan my day off. Cons: it is well located but you can't walk anywhere and there are no dining options nearby. The soundproofing of the rooms is also something to take into account since you can hear alarm clocks or in my case, a singing neighbor in the early morning. Apart from that, recommendable. I would stay here again.

Hotel room is really big, close to Mall of Emirates, more convenient. The traffic at the entrance of the hotel is a bit congested. Hotel free parking, very convenient. The swimming pool of the hotel can see the distant view of the sailing hotel, but there is no direct sunlight most of the time, so it is impossible to bask in the sun. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, and the cleaning staff are serious and responsible.

Super location, helpful & friendly staffs. Kudos to the friendly, helpful & pretty front desk lady during our first day of checked in. I hope you had a smooth delivery & congrats to your new born! :) You made my day after a tiring flight to Dubai. And thanks to the front desk staff who advised & helped me to booked a transport to Abu Dhabi during my last day with Kempinski, despite your busy work load with other guests We had a wonderful 7 nights stay with Kempinski Hotel MOE!
