前台的服務體貼入微，處處為我考慮，這一點令人動容。
其次，睡得非常舒服，房間裏有森林氧氣蛋，整晚釋放負離子，一個夢沒做，一覺睡到天亮（ᴗ˳ᴗ）💤
還有哇，我“騙”走了店裡一本書，我心儀的一本書。
上次住這家店，就想要這本書可是沒緣分。這次，因緣具足，達成心願！

環境：感覺位置非常好，出門就是古城小吃街，而且離仰天窩藍眼淚也好近。整個酒店環境也很雅緻
服務：酒店服務人員很熱情友好，知道帶娃還送了孩子早餐券👍提前發定位提醒最便捷到達酒店的方法
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔，浴室和廁所也挺乾淨的
設施：早餐也挺豐富，還可以看可愛的小兔子，很受孩子歡迎👏建議維護一下花園餐廳外面的設施

這裏的藍眼淚景觀簡直美輪美奐，僅在100米內就能欣賞到如此夢幻的奇景，真是讓人流連忘返。管家式服務熱情貼心，從入住到離開，每一個細節都讓人感受到家的温暖。公共停車場的設施完善，讓自駕的客人無需擔心停車問題。大廳的羊駝積木桌不僅增添了趣味性，還體現了酒店的獨特品味。床墊和床品很舒適，孩子睡的非常好，緩解了旅途勞頓。
我必須誇讚一下前台小姐姐，不但人長的漂亮，還給我推薦了周邊好玩、好吃、好逛的地方。這次來的倉促，很多地方沒有親自去，下次來我還住這裏！ps：她推薦的那個翼果廚鮮榨果汁真的很nice，火龍果酸奶巴適滴很～這算不算硬廣了。。。哈哈哈😂非常舒適愉快的體驗～

第一次給出差評！！！！！這家酒店的服務態度極差，完全不考慮客户需求，讓人想立馬退房走人，服務質量嚴重出現問題，那麼多好評怎麼來的呢？！第一天入住烘乾機洗衣服晚上十點洗衣機打不開，聯繫前台，她也沒有辦法打開烘乾機，第二天前台取褲子還是濕的，這就是一個連鎖酒店的服務質量和服務態度嗎？就這樣為顧客提供服務嗎？再次去找到前台，説是用吹風機給吹乾褲子，可是吹褲子的員工，一邊吹褲子，一邊打電話，你們的酒店就是這麼服務的嗎？此時已經十點半再次找到前台，通過前台聯繫到了店長，請問店長你是***嗎，你給的答案是你也沒有辦法，讓打電話報警解決，這就是連鎖酒店一個領導人給出的解決辦法，實在無語，一上午都在酒店沒辦法出去，嚴重影響了整體的旅遊行程，服務態度簡直讓人心寒，讓人失望透頂，解決問題的方式更是讓人無語，住這家酒店一定要想清楚，除非沒有問題，有問題也得不到解決，掛個高端牌子就了不起了?太失望了！！！！！！！！

房間太一般了，位置是商業街。第一個房間有下水道的味道，前台説兩個辦法，一個是給房間噴些空氣清新劑，還有一個就是加錢換房間，沒辦法又加錢換的房間。

總體來説，非常不建議入住。
設施：設施很陳舊，説是2020年重新裝修的，店家自己掛的照片似乎讓你覺得挺不錯，不過那是3年前剛裝好的樣子。即使是宣傳的漢服，書法，也會讓你大失所望，就是圖片那點地方。
衞生：這是最不滿意的地方，真心是臟，地磚是臟兮兮的，浴室防水膠發黴了，水龍頭水溝一坨，裝着牙膏牙刷的託盤發黴了，牆面發黴起皮，擺的水培都有孑孓了。
環境：會吵。在古巷中心位置，去哪確實都很方便，不過你得忍受深夜12點攤主們推車收攤的聲音，凌晨四點環衞工人清掃的聲音。
服務：算是有的。
