Hotels in Qingcheng Piedmont Scenic Area, Dujiangyan

The overall experience of this stay was quite good. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the scenic spot, and it only takes a few minutes by taxi. A home-cooked breakfast is provided. Towels and bath towels are disposable, clean and hygienic, but a bit thin and not as thick as normal towels. There are still some minor flaws. The TV remote control is not very sensitive. Later I found that the set-top box was blocked. It can only be operated in a specific position, which is a bit inconvenient. The pick-up and drop-off service also has limitations. It is only available during specific time periods, so you won’t be able to enjoy it if you arrive late.

Very nice location close to everything ( Railway, tram, golf cart to Front entrance of Qingcengshan). Room is spacious. Service was decent and very helpful staff. only problem is the air condition in the room seems not working properly. THe room was too warm even I set temperature below 20C.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff provided excellent and responsive service. It was very convenient to communicate my requests and inquiries via WeChat. They even offered one free transfer within 3km of the resort. They allowed me to deposit my luggage after I checked out for my day tour and collect it in the evening. While waiting for my transport to the airport, the front desk provided me warm tea from the cold and souvenirs (tea and homemade chili)

Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

The room is clean and sanitary, there is a pick-up station, the service attitude is good, warm and thoughtful, there is a delicious breakfast, and it also recommends travel guides and food. There are many beautiful flowers planted in the yard, which is nice.

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

Unforgettable experience, modern and fully automated room control. Fruit soup as part of free room services. Thank you all staff for the free farewell gifts, we loved the trip in Qingchengshan town.

The service level was so friendly attentive and professional. There are limited number of staff who are fluent in English so we got assigned to a butler who is very fluent in English who can help us throughout the stay. Alysa was very responsive to our requests and questions. She helped arrange booking kids activities and make reservation at the restaurant. The villas are far apart so no issue with privacy. Surprisingly, the buggy service was super fast. We haven't finished taking the photos outside of the villa, the buggy would have arrived. On every Saturday evening, there's a happy hours where snacks and drinks are served as complimentary. Love the dried fruits and nuts with chilli dips....signifying that we were in Sichuan 🤣

Shanshui Memory B&B, because it feels so clean, the room is very big, and the price is very cheap. The B&B is very good, so I stayed one more night. It is also very close to Qingcheng Mountain, but the Qingcheng Mountain scenic area is not very friendly. It puts the mountain gate two or three kilometers outside, and people have to walk or take their scenic area bus. The scenic area is overbearing. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel room, but it is exactly the same as the picture he posted

I brought my family here to play. There is a special children's playground, and the children had a lot of fun. The hotel is very large, the park is very beautiful, and the air is very fresh. The hotel has an independent forest trail. It is really worth a visit. I was tired. The park can take a bus to the room and the lobby at any time. It is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus brother is very enthusiastic. He also helped us with the luggage when getting on and off the bus. In short, this stay was very pleasant.
