We were served by Lily, Yuman and May at check-in. It was smooth, information were forthcoming. The receptionist are friendly and professional. We felt the warm welcome. Hotel location is the middle of the city with great views of the canals as per the photos when you book. Rooms are clean, breakfast selection is good. There're hot bath pool complimentary to hotel guest too. It's a 5 stars for everything u need.

Hotel location is great. Just right across the road where the railway station is. The lady boss has been really accomodating and gave us a lot of suggestions in terms of the tourist attractions & nice food around the area. Whenever we requested for something she will answer us in seconds. The room is clean and provides basic amenities. Please do not expect hotel kind of facilities and environment. This homestay is at the 2nd floor of quite an old shoplot and is dark outside at night. If you care a lot about the accommodation environment this place is not for you. Still, with the price offered this homestay is quite a good deal.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the professional and warm service of the boss. The boss was efficient in reception and had a friendly smile. Seeing that we brought our children, we upgraded to a loft room for free, and the two children loved it. The breakfast prepared by the boss's wife was also very delicious. 🛏️About the room: • The bedding is comfortable and it feels like sleeping in the clouds • The bathroom facilities are high-end and modern, and the water pressure and water temperature are stable • The intelligent control system is convenient and efficient • Excellent sound insulation to ensure quality sleep 📍The location is excellent, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. When checking out, the staff also took the initiative to ask about the stay experience. This attitude of paying attention to guest feedback is admirable. I have strongly recommended it to my relatives and friends, and I will definitely choose your hotel again next time!

This hotel is perfectly located right in the ancient town, surrounded by delicious local food options just steps away. It’s within walking distance to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area, and getting a taxi to other attractions is very convenient. The hotel itself is new. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever we had any issues. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for travelers who want a great mix of convenience, comfort, and excellent service!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, only 8 minutes away from Lidui Park Station. It is more convenient to see the Blue Tears, and next to it is the best location of Tianfuyuan. The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and always smiled and greeted us. We stayed for two days and it was very comfortable. Because my wife had a cold and wanted to stay in the hotel to rest for a while, the front desk allowed us to check out later, which was very good. The service attitude was very good and it is worth recommending to everyone to stay.

Blue Tears is literally just downstairs, and it is convenient to go to the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious with good pressure shower. However, there is a lack of heating in the room and it was freezing cold in the room during Dec. The hotel was also kind enough to arrange an electric scooter to fetch my mum who had trouble walking from the carpark to hotel! Soundproofing wasn't good as you can hear noises from the corridor. Will recommend to stay here again if the prices were more competitive. Breakfast was just ok, limited selections, not worth paying extra.

Very clean and bright hotel. Family rooms are very well designed, suitable for families with young children. Ms.Xiao Yuan and Ms.Xiao He, the reception staff, are nice.

I took the last train and arrived at station at 9.42pm. While I was on the train, a customer service officer from Trip.com contacted me and advised that the lady at the hotel will finish work at 10pm. I explained, Trip.com called me back and said the lady will waiting for me, so relieved. I was using Apple map and could not find the place so I asked a restaurant owner nearby and he advised that it’s on the 1st floor not on the ground. Once arrived, the lady showed my room and asked if I want to see a larger room, she will upgrade for free, I accepted with thanks. She couldn’t speak English, we added Wechat and she helped me a lot. She advised where to go sightseeing, restaurants and also check price and book a car for me to go to Panda Base in Shenshuping. She replied all my questions very quick. I asked not to clean my room and she kept asking if I want more water. The room was clean with no cigarette smell. It’s very close to station, shop and restaurants. I received some gifts after checkout. I will stay here again when I return to Dujiangyan. Thanks for your great hospitality.

The hotel is relatively new, neatly decorated, and located in a commercial district. It is very convenient for travel. There are shopping malls and food nearby. It is very close to Duyangtianwo Square, which is only a ten-minute walk away. It is very close and convenient to watch the Blue Tears at night. Parking is very convenient. You can park in front of the hotel. If you park in the shopping mall parking lot, they will help you waive the parking fee.
