Pitbauchlie House Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW Reviews

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and polite the staff were. The hotel room was clean and well stocked with towels Scotch biscuits and all the coffee and tea we could drink. There are two bars here and a restaurant and an absolutely stunning garden the parking facilities were plentiful. The staff were able to assist me with a set of pliers so I could fix the zip for my bag. And the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main road to Edinburgh so you can catch a bus direct to Edinburgh that runs from the early morning to very late at 23:30. Stay here to save a few pound in comparison to central Edinburgh and be pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere great for winding down after travelling We also asked for the bathtub and they provided.

The room was too cold,the heater wasn’t working.we couldn’t get any assistance. Also,please ensure guests have important stuff like towels,they don’t have to walk all the way to the reception to request for them

Very nice and quiet. Clean rooms, a bit far from the city but great countryside experience.

Good and delicious full breakfast. Wonderful service, the hotel staffs are nice and helpful. We have hired a car Skoda which we are not quite familiar with. We ask the hotel officer for help to tune the rear mirror. Even they are also have no idea of this car, they try the best to find out the way. Thank you for their kind help and great effort 👍👍👍

Good & clean

The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff is friendly. It is larger than the average hotel room in London, and two large luggages can be fully opened, which is very important. There is a large supermarket about 5 minutes away from the hotel, which can be used for daily supplies.

The hotel has won some awards and is very local. There are no tour groups and even other Asian tourists. There is a small English garden, which is very beautiful. Sitting in the sun room to eat breakfast and dinner and looking at the distant scenery is really worth the trip. We drove to the hotel by ourselves, so we didn't feel any inconvenience. There are also some small shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is not located in the center of Edinburgh, but it takes less than half an hour to get to the city center by car. For drivers in China who are often stuck in traffic, it is a piece of cake. The public transportation is not very clear, and it is estimated that it will be available if you look for it.

The environment is good, the service is considerate, the room is hygienic and clean, the bathroom is very large, there are two swimming pools, easy to use!

Although the location is a bit remote, it’s ok to drive by yourself. It’s half an hour’s drive from Edinburgh, but the price is much cheaper. It’s managed by IHG Hotel Group, the room is clean, the hotel has a restaurant, and the dinner is good, but there is no elevator, and there are many and heavy luggage to avoid.

The restrooms are pretty good, and the cleanliness is good👍The location is relatively small, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk out of the main road, and there are many bus stops to go to different places. The waiters at the front desk are not good at helping guests 🙂 It takes about 35 minutes to go to the train station and the same scenic spot.
