I highly recommend staying here. The service was great and the view from the pool and sea view villas is amazing. I booked two nights and then one more at the end of my trip. I liked the food and massage was good. The operations manager went out of his way to help me get to the airport and to my destination earlier in the week, personally making phone calls for me and even drive me to the pier. When the hotel airport service was booked, he found the cheapest transport for me and booked it himself.  I will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel. The surrounding area doesn’t have much but it’s only a short taxi away from the restaurants at the pier.

Great Villa with around 3 minutes drive to chalong pier, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly, would definitely recommend

The room is nice and bueatiful..

The front desk staff was friendly and spoke great English. Besides that not much good to say. The room was not clean with tons of dust and hundreds of dead insects and dirt/garbage under the bed as well as in the sink near the front door. I opened the kettle to make an instant coffee and it was also full of dead flies. Breakfast view is nice and the food is ok. I came in with my wife and two year old daughter and eat a little bit but my daughter started throwing a tantrum so I took her back up to the room when I came back down I was told by the staff that they would allow me to have a coffee but they “were aware that I’m now back for a second time” which I thought was a bit rude. Not a bad looking hotel and it could be much better if they paid more attention to cleanliness and service quality.

A brilliant place, exactly what we needed, just for relaxing and enjoying. Hosts are so kind and helpful food is delicious, coffee, cocktails, all was perfect.

All was great.O nly during the stay for some reason we had to change rooms.

The hotel was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, secluded and quiet. We had a villa with a view of the pool and ocean. The villa is spacious and has a terrace with a nice view. The internet is fast, only the bed was a bit hard for us. The breakfast Buffett has a variety of food and best of all a great coffee/cappucino maker.

Relax but beach not so suitable for swimming

I book the rooms for swimming pool, but when we check in at 7pm, swimming pool closed, can’t use, and we go to pier at 9am, so never have time to use it

There was a cockroach in the villa room I was checked in to and had a lot of ants as well as spiders. I didn’t find the room to be very well maintained but the staff were very accommodating and changed my room to another one that was closer to the seaside. The remainder of my stay was definitely comfortable. In terms of the location, it is more down south towards the east end of phuket and very close to rawai beach as well as ya noi beach.
